Terrible service!! had us waiting for over an hour because they “couldnt find” the vehicle. said they will keep looking and give us a call back. never contacted us and removed posting. we called a few hours later and they said vehicle was sold and they couldn’t tell us anything about it. never recommended to let us see other vehicles!

I called multiple times and every time I called they said they would have an out of town representative call me. They never did.

Horrible experience...went for test drive with salesman mask on chin coughing with spit coming from his mouth, wasn't same salesman i wad comunicating with, very horrible experience

Dealer initially said the car had no accidents, but once i showed him the report that said it did, he called the owner and confirmed a fender bender. Although their initial info was wrong, I appreciated the follow-up and them letting me know

Bought our Volvo from Volvo of Louisville after attempting to purchase from a dealer who turned out to be shady. Didn't think we could afford their best and newest V90, but they worked with us on price and financing. Now, we have a New V90 with 3,800 miles, 8 year warranty, oil changes to 100,000 miles, and an affordable payment. We will be buying all our Volvo cars from Volvo of Louisville.

Friendly staff, ready to take a drive and show off the merchandise. I didn't purchase due to the lack of certain listed options but other than that it was a smooth experience.

Slow to respond, no one really wanted to help- Maybe because it was used?? Finished a credit app and fully approved deal and then car was sold on me. LAME.

Brian McDaniel created the absolute best long distance purchase that I’ve ever experienced in my 65 plus years! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and stayed in constant contact with me. Needless to say I bought the car!!! I live in Tennessee and the dealership is in Florida so this experience was sight unseen! He even got under the car to send me pictures of the undercarriage!! It does not get any better!
