Very responsive, but a purchase was not made. Kept good communication with me.

The front facing sales person was very helpful. However, her manager in the back office was not helpful at all. I wanted to ask why the document fees were nearly $700.00 (average in CT is $300.00) and the VIN etching fee for a used car was $300.00 (this is optional for all dealers for I've dealt with). He was not interested in talking to me and just stated to take it or leave it as he has more buyers than he can deal with. I was cutoff and that was that. Not a good experience.

Wow what can I say but super nice dealership, we did not ultimately buy from them but they really bend over backwards to get you into a vehicle, also they love to help veterans in any way. I'm sorry we couldn't make it work

Sold a car from under me after I had deal in works at closing only. Next morning they sold it to someone else. Salesperson was good, but past that It wasn’t good at all. Finance guy switches which car I am buying and tries to sell me car I didn’t even test drive, and then does the opposite from his word.

This dealership has been amazing. They truly understand customer service. David my salesman has been so invested in making the purchase run smoothly. The used car manager corrected an issue that let me know they care about making me happy. Thank you!

Poor response time, showed up and the car wouldn’t even start. Dealer said they would contact me when car was fixed, never got back to me..

I received a phone call stating that the vehicle would be in transit for 3 weeks and I would be kept in contact weekly. On 12/15/21 I received a generic email that "It got away". I was frustrated that I wasn't kept in the loop if I was on the list to make the next move for the vehicle.

one star for calling me back, but I asked a follow-up question, which remained unanswered. I called again, talked with the same sales woman, she again did not follow up. They lost a motivated buyer.

There is a $1200 non-negotiable expense for ceramic coating they say is on all used vehicles they sell. This is not included in the price, so plan on it being added. If it is non negotiable, they should add it to the overall expense so it isn't a surprise to people coming to purchase a vehicle.

A.J. was patient answering my questions. He was available immediately, when I had to reschedule a couple times for a test drive. He was able to work with me, to get a better finance rate. He was sincere and helpful throughout the purchase.

They’re friendly. After waiting four hours to here back from them so they could review my credit application, the vehicle was sold to someone else.

The salesmen named Esteban is extremely rude when I found a car from another location cheaper he was disrespectful when I asked if they would match their price. Which was a no, They also tried giving me a higher APR and needing 3 times more of a down payment than the other location.

Overall good experience, My sales person Dewayne was very helpful. My only complaint is that they would not accept the preapproval from My credit union (Navy Federal).

Not good person said car was there for sale for the price we could afford . Drove all the way there 1 hour away to purchase . Only to be told he did not have the car it just sold . He knew we were coming to purchase it . Feel it is a car lot that just plays games and wastes people’s time . Would never recommend this place .

Was ready to purchase until they add $4500 in dealer fees. What a rip off. Price $10994, charged $920.57 Florida sales tax is 6% new registration and title transfer and license plate is$450. Listed fees government fee $626. document fee $999. Accessories $1890.00. Taxes $ 920.57 for a total of $15,430 .07 plus I was told there would be a $800 fee for not using in house financing
