Sold a car from under me after I had deal in works at closing only. Next morning they sold it to someone else. Salesperson was good, but past that It wasn’t good at all. Finance guy switches which car I am buying and tries to sell me car I didn’t even test drive, and then does the opposite from his word.

This dealership has been amazing. They truly understand customer service. David my salesman has been so invested in making the purchase run smoothly. The used car manager corrected an issue that let me know they care about making me happy. Thank you!

There is a $1200 non-negotiable expense for ceramic coating they say is on all used vehicles they sell. This is not included in the price, so plan on it being added. If it is non negotiable, they should add it to the overall expense so it isn't a surprise to people coming to purchase a vehicle.

A.J. was patient answering my questions. He was available immediately, when I had to reschedule a couple times for a test drive. He was able to work with me, to get a better finance rate. He was sincere and helpful throughout the purchase.

This turned out not to b the car I originally contacted them about, (apparently that one was sold by the time I cleared up the confusion with them - hence the low rating) so I never did business with them. As such, I am unable to speak to the quality of their service.

Salesman directed everything to my 17 year old son and not the adults

When to see the vehicle that they said was In the lot. They didn’t have the car ready at all. I worked the deal with the dealer but after a week of waiting for the vehicle I grew impatient and purchased a different vehicle from another company that had the vehicle ready to go
