Made an appointment, drove almost 3 hours first thing that morning. They call me and ask if I was still coming in for my appointment. Then 5 min later call again and tell me they sold the truck 2 days prior. This truck is still up on their website after a week of being sold and they were so clueless they made the appointment and made me drive 3 hours to just turn around. Communication was absolutely terrible even between me and the salesmen before the appointment

Sales people were kind and professional. I had an appointment and vehicle had no gas. They said the truck is good for 16 miles as is. We test drove and just came back because the miles to empty went to 2 miles quickly.

There isn’t a score low enough for this place!! Made the appt thru the website to see 2 siennas, confirmed with the internet mgr, showed up for my appt and Jose who didn’t know I had the appt with him, advised me that not one but both vans were in the shop! Then wanted me to contact him in a couple days to check on things. Ive got better things to do with my time! They won’t ever have to worry about me…..again I took my business elsewhere!!!!!

Very nice but just didn’t have what I wanted

Very disappointed in knoons Toyota. Completely lied on the out the door price. They are over charging in hidden $15,000 fake fee over msrp. Not a place I would ever recommend in buying a car from. Completely ruined the image of Toyota.

I wad completely impressed with the Overall Customer Service. Jose Hernandez was my sales person. Yes I brought that Murano. And Mrs. Kathy in Finance was superb.

Very VERY POOR Customer service. Have U waiting around 4 hrs 4 a Numbers person in finance... Had me come 2hrs away in 100° weather after being told my car was ready by two different people. I get there nd NOBODY did The paperwork or at least follow up... Jus Took My $20000 (CASH) elsewhere...

Will never do business with them. When asked for pricing this is what I received: "Currently all of our vehicles have an accessories called perma safe which is $4995. This product keep the bacterial and germs away over 10+ years. It will be on the exterior and interior of the vehicle." This $5000.00 option is not negotiable and is added to the full MSRP of the vehicle. Why would anyone do business with Royal Moore Toyota in Hillsboro, Oregon?

the rims on the car I was looking at were all scratched up and the silver/chrome plating was worn out made the car looked bad I was willing to share the cost in refinishing or replace the rims dealer said no so I walked out their loss not mine.
