Coree did a great job. Dealer fee was cheap. I did end up buying 2018 Kia Sorento EX V6 from them! They don't add an extra fees and play games! upfront fair car price.

Horrible! experience after making an appointment taking a half day off work and driving 2hr to be told by Thomas the car just been sold. I told Audrey I had to make an appointment due to covid protocol which I did and you sell the vehicle without even a courtesy call and after we talked and I told you I want the vehicle. POOR CUSTOMER RELATION!

BUYER BEWARE! The worst customer service and closing experience that I have ever dealt with in all my years of buying cars. Horrible, and they will try to upsell you everything from tire warranties to GAP insurance to upholstery warranties at closing. And if you buy a car from this dealer beware of that $199 Blue Shield Protection package that they tack on to EVERY single car that they sell claiming that they can't take it off. HORRIBLE EXPERIANCE! WILL NEVER BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!

Horrible experience. Wasn't honest about anything and waited till the last minute to tell me about the $5000 dollar mark up. I will never go back or allow anyone I know to go there either.
