it was a great experience. i was and interested in the vehicle, the price is making me hesitant on purchasing the vehicle. i have a budget of $19,000 with having a down payment of $2,500

First response was extremely quick. Eventually, he sent me general info on financing, but his quote was at 72 months and not 60. I haven't heard anything back since I told him I was more interested in keeping the financing at 60 months. I have not been there yet either.

Great experience! Orlando helped me over the course of a week: checking in with me, asking questions to get a better idea of what are needs were in a vehicle. He treated me like he knew me but we met via dealership website! He had the vehicle ready for us waiting, as well as some backups just in case. He was in very knowledgeable, and helped us through the entire Sam Leman experience.

price on website, as well as invoice price from CarGurs, did not match actual price. There was over a $8k price difference than what as advertised, and that was in addition to the tax and license fees. You apparently don't get the vehicles actual price until you contact the dealer on the phone or in person..... very disappointing.

They seemed eager to get me to the lot to see my options. I was a distance away so I would have hated to take the drive for no reason, did the credit app. I was told I needed 30% down on whatever I wanted. They said they were busy but I didn’t feel they were trying to be helpful at all.

Very responsive and friendly. Just overpriced and unwillingly to come down. Glad I looked elsewhere before committing!

Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Drove 8 hours and signed paperwork only to find out that financing was miscalculated because salesman can’t read a text. They wanted more money or much higher note. Walked away from this deal and drove 8 hours back home. I may regret coming home empty handed for a couple of days but I would’ve regretted taken for a ride by this dealership for years.

Bought a truck from them not the one I originally looked at. Was happy how treated me during the process. We struggled a little during negotiations but ended up working out in the end. I don't like the overall work sheet with the generic interest rate they use that totally screws up you payment numbers before your credit check. That worksheet makes the payment way off of where it ended up at least for me.

This dealership practices bait tactics. You see the price on car gurus and when you call about it the price is $8000 more. Then they tell you the internet price is if you qualify for every special promotion and NO ONE qualifies for every one. BAD PRACTICE how about just being honest with people.

Salesman went above and beyond. Tried giving me an awesome deal. Made a video of the vehicle and has been taking care of me miles away.

This dealership seems to be in the habit of leaving listings up that are no longer available in order to do a bait and switch on potential buyers. It's dishonest and I would not recommend them.

Excellent experience over all. Knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very helpful. Once the decision was made to buy it was very quick to complete the buying process. Buying time approximately 1 hour.

Real helpfull couldn't find this car a second time on the web so he E- Mailed me the info.

The internet team responded and reassured me the vehicle was there but once I arrived, the floor sales team said it was sold. The floor sales team and the manager were amazing they even reached out to me to apologize for the mix up and to determine what they could do to improve. Thanks

Honestly, this was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. As a woman, it’s hard to find a good dealer that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. These guys were awesome. Their service was unbeatable, and I can be a tough customer. Luis, Johnny, and Caleb in finance were all fantastic. I have never been treated so respectfully and given such a great deal! I will never buy a car from anyone else except these guys!
