Allen took all my information to qualify me for a loan and never called back

Dealer attempted to reach me several times. Finally spoke to them.

Instant email worked and then nobody replied. Called in twice and left voice message - nobody repplied. Called again and and spoke with Kelly who I had to convince to sell the car out of state. He said he had to talk to the manager. Never returned. I email twice, never replied. Its been so easy to sell cars they just dont care!

I have never been treated as courteously and politely as everyone at this dealer did. It was a pleasure to buy my new Porsche there.

Great experience buying our first Porsche here. Ended up going new after surveying a number of options with our sales person, Patrick.

Salesman was friendly and the test drive was nice. When it came time to do the deal I was told that they will not work with outside financing. Came in with a pre approval from my bank at 2.99% but they kept trying to get me to use their lenders at a rate in the mid to high 6% range. Substantial down payment as well. Almost felt like since I was from out of state they didn't really want to sell me the vehicle. Have never seen anything like this before. Oh well.

The experience was sub par. It was my seconds purchase with the dealer and sales person. They are helpful however not informative. It is a clean, organize and presentable appearing dealership. I feel more focus regarding customer service, product knowledge as well as product CARE is utterly important. I feel they can do better, after all they sell and REPRESENT an exceptional brand.

they tried to pull a "bait and switch". The car advertised was NEVER for sale. Then, they tried to sell you a much more expensive substitute.
