They pitch heat as if it's an honest career. The numbers made no sense and they were totally unwilling to negotiate anything close to fair on a 2021 Rogue. $907 per month with 0 down for 48 months! Really? No problem, I walked out and now I have a 2021 Lexus NX300 with 0 down @ $555 per month.

Marked up the car to 15,991 and then tried to add on a $800 Dealer fee. We promptly declined the offer.

They never had this car un the first place. Then they offered another and never sent information even after several calls and emails not professional what so ever

The cat wasn't even there. But Patrick the salesman was nice. The finance manager was nice at first but he ended being rude when I called back about a price. There was no need for him to be nasty to me on the phone. And you don't answer the phone saying this is the manager.

When I first saw this car, it was advertised at $15,911.00. By the time they added on their "fees" -- a "reconditioning fee" of $872.00 and a "doc fee" (dealer fee) of $899.95 -- both of which are taxable -- and then sales tax of $1,110.98 and "non-taxable fees" (registration, tag, title) of $798.50 (which is high for either a transfer or new tag), the total for the car was $19,592.43. I was expecting the total to be a couple of thousand less, and I walked away. Too many fees!!

Clown show. They are hiding a $999 price they add to all cars called a "connect charge" for a bunch of unasked for "upgrades" they do as a courtesy. If I wanted their "upgrades" and to change the price of the car, I'd ask for it. It is non negotiable and they keep asking when you are coming in to see the car. AVOID this dealer. Scam artists

Avoid The Upsell. As many reviews point out, they are a no/low integrity dealer. Blames cargurus for not having the right price. they have the right price, but you have to go to the cc site to see this bogus 999 add on charge. scam, avoid

Wasted a couple of hours. Once the price was settled, the finance dept tried to charge a 7% interest rate even though my credit didn't warrant the high rate. To add, they tried to sell me on taking the rate so that I could turn right around and refinance the car with another lender. The general manager stepped in and drew a line in the sand. He basically said take it or leave it. So I left it and purchased a Charger instead. More horsepower, better looking and 0% interest.

Experience was horrible. I quoted one price drove two hours to get there. Once I was there the car went from 39 to 60,000 dollars. They kept my keys and tried to make me sign papers. They wouldn’t give me any numbers as far as trade or anything even after I asked several times until after they ran my credit.

Dealer responded. Bought truck for price advertised. Car was being driven my a manager and needed to be cleaned up for test drive. Staff was accommodating but still did all the usual dealer behaviors. Tried to sell me a package add on I did not need, did not offer best price for trade, but in the end I was happy with the deal and love the truck.

Wonderful dealership. Winslow provided all the details I needed and worked out a payment arrangement that would be suitable for me.

Had a great experience working with Joseph up until Saturday when we were getting ready to come look at the jeep, then got a call from one of the mgrs and he said he bought it for his wife but found out it needed a lot of work. Told him ok, hubs is a mechanic we can work out a price we'll buy as is. Couple hours later we get call from a different mgr that days he can't sell it w/o fixing it and the price would now be $11,000. We told him no way. Really jerked us around

The sales person was nice but also super pushy. I explained my situation but he was still trying to upsell me like crazy. Coming from a sales background it was highly annoying especially when I explained that I am paying outright and not a penny more.

This dealer was amazing to work with. Justin was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and was straight forward with everything. We were there for a total of 4 hours, which included the whole process of buying a vehicle and trading one in. My wife and I never once felt pressured or anything throughout the process.

Stay far away from this dealership...Called on the phone to verify the price days before driving up to see the car from San diego. The price listed on Cargurus was 20,060$ , once me and the sales associate sat down to go over financing the manager came over and said the actual msrp of the car was 24,000$. Bringing the total cost to 27,000$. A whole day wasted.
