This dealer was amazing to work with. Justin was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and was straight forward with everything. We were there for a total of 4 hours, which included the whole process of buying a vehicle and trading one in. My wife and I never once felt pressured or anything throughout the process.

Stay far away from this dealership...Called on the phone to verify the price days before driving up to see the car from San diego. The price listed on Cargurus was 20,060$ , once me and the sales associate sat down to go over financing the manager came over and said the actual msrp of the car was 24,000$. Bringing the total cost to 27,000$. A whole day wasted.

Dealer stated over the phone they would sell a used vehicle for $16,000 (down from listed $18,000). Went to purchase the vehicle the next day and when they typed up the paperwork they had jacked the price up to $24,000! They literally tried to increase the price $8,000 overnight and then told me "they could never sell that car for $16,000" even though I could buy the same model brand new for what they wanted for a 2018. I will never go back to this dealer again.

Waist of time . I contact them over and over about A Lincoln they had was trying to test drive . End up selling the car now they have another Lincoln and I was interested in was told that it is still available but now I can’t get a hold of anyone and no one answers the phone . Don’t waist your time or money there are Way better dealers out there than this one

My experience at nissan was good.

The dealer ran my credit, knowing that they already had a buyer and causing my credit scores to go down. That was unacceptable.

The vehicle I was interested in was no longer available, but Derrick was such a great help and assisted me with helping find other options. If you’re shopping here, ask for Derrick!

I would NEVWE buy a thing from this dealer! They took my 19 year old sons deposit then called and told us they couldn’t seek us the truck next it had too many problems but as it turns out they sold it to someone else!! AWFUL STAY AWAY THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO RESPOND

Experience was just okay. I had made an appointment but wasn’t told who it would be with. I guess I was supposed to have a girl named Alexis but she was busy. So another man helped me. He never introduced himself. Didn’t ask my name until I handed him my driver’s license. Just all seemed odd.

The sales man was professional but the sales manager was very pushy and interaction was NOT customer friendly. Suv was in very bad condition and was unclean.. surprising for a suv that has being on the this site for a while... I later bought on same day at another nissan dealer for a better and nicer but higher price

Never responded. I reached back out to them; only to receive a text asking when we could come in to look & talk about this vehicle. This was very irritating, because the purpose of the initial contact was to get the internet price.

This dealership is a joke! Spoke to two different individuals one was supposed to be the internet manager. Told them what I was looking for they both send me links on totally different vehicle's with high mileage. Then called me and wanted to set up a appointment. Do not waste your time with this dealership!!

Pushy and rude. Cameron was passive- aggressive when speaking to me about the Hyundai Kona. He messaged me several times from his personal cell being rude. I told him i was pre approved and his attitude almost immediately changed and sent me a application saying i need to fill it out and they don’t work with who i was pre approved with even though it said they did. Huge turn off and turned me to going to another dealership. don’t recommend.

Requested information for one specific vehicle received emails mostly about other vehicles and couldn't confirm the availability. After reading the other reviews from various sites, and no call back after two voice messages I decided to shop elsewhere.

Dealer seems friendly enough but the price is completely incorrect and dealer states they have sold out of this vehicle a while ago. Which ultimately forces the question - why is the car still posted as available only to hear they don't have that one but can sell you a newer model for $4,000 more? Hmmm

In my opinion they post cars for very low price to get you in . They don't have those cars for posted price in stock. They posted kia soul for 14k. I called in and confirmed car is at the dealership and it's available. But when I came in they said car was sold.

Another dealership that wanted to sell me a new car. My questions were was this vehicle new, and I asked that they verify the mileage. I never got those questions answered, and gave up (as I'm sure they wanted me to do).

Add 800 dollars of add on dealer prep fees to car prices. Not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. Lots of waiting for them to finish the car paperwork. Not a good experience

Pretty bad service. I ask the receptionist if there is a market adjustment fee attached to the vehicle i requested to purchase and she said no and that they don't do that at this dealership. I drove an hour away and arrived looked at the vehicle and asked for the numbers and of course there it is a $6,000 market adjustment fee. Never again with this dealership.

Advertised on CarGurus when contacted replied advertise price is only for local customers.

Car was priced at $24000 when got there they gave me all the information and ended up at $35000 smh!!! People warned me about this dealership.

I bought that van they added $4,000.00 more try to screw me over that first contact fell through gave me a chance to over look it so I went back to give them the business either give back my deposit or settle for cash offer we went back and forth finally settling for $23,500.00 out the door not impressed with them at all there service department also not impressed either

This advertisement was for a 3500 HD SV High roof RWD 2021 Nissan NV, when I inquired about it they sent me info on a 2500 which is NOT even close in the same power. Straight BAIT AND SWITCH! THIS VEHICLE WASNT EVEB AVAILABLE BUT THEY HAVE IT LISTED. CATFISH CATFISH CATFISH.. don't waste your time, I was going to drive out there 45 minutes to purchase it but when I saw what they sent me for the specs on the vehicle.. it was not the same as advertised..
