Were more than willing to help. However, not necessarily with the car I have my eyes on. They made good efforts to get in touch with me.

Requested information for one specific vehicle received emails mostly about other vehicles and couldn't confirm the availability. After reading the other reviews from various sites, and no call back after two voice messages I decided to shop elsewhere.

Dealer seems friendly enough but the price is completely incorrect and dealer states they have sold out of this vehicle a while ago. Which ultimately forces the question - why is the car still posted as available only to hear they don't have that one but can sell you a newer model for $4,000 more? Hmmm

In my opinion they post cars for very low price to get you in . They don't have those cars for posted price in stock. They posted kia soul for 14k. I called in and confirmed car is at the dealership and it's available. But when I came in they said car was sold.

Another dealership that wanted to sell me a new car. My questions were was this vehicle new, and I asked that they verify the mileage. I never got those questions answered, and gave up (as I'm sure they wanted me to do).

Add 800 dollars of add on dealer prep fees to car prices. Not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. Lots of waiting for them to finish the car paperwork. Not a good experience

Pretty bad service. I ask the receptionist if there is a market adjustment fee attached to the vehicle i requested to purchase and she said no and that they don't do that at this dealership. I drove an hour away and arrived looked at the vehicle and asked for the numbers and of course there it is a $6,000 market adjustment fee. Never again with this dealership.

Advertised on CarGurus when contacted replied advertise price is only for local customers.

Car was priced at $24000 when got there they gave me all the information and ended up at $35000 smh!!! People warned me about this dealership.

Entire team was courteous and informative. Mr Tyrone Whitley, my salesman was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't sign a contract. I would recommend the dealership to go see and if the opportunity arose to go to them again I would.

No issue with new dealer .. car was sold to me an didn’t pass vehicle inspection ⚠️..tires blew out Vehicle needed about 3k in repairs..rear rim bent & front control arm rubs turning the wheel

Test drove a vehicle. When getting a quote. They tacked on an extra 4k in fees that was non negotiable. 2k to get the vehicle certified. 2k for paint chip repair over the next 2 years. If you are ok with them slapping that in your face, go for it.

Contacted dealer, they quoted me a price with rebates and discounts added that was more than $1500 over what was listed on cargurus. Apparently rebates and discounts increase the price at this dealership. Shop eleswhere.

First off this car was listed at 39995 .By the time I was ready to buy and saw the bottom line purchase order explained ..dealer fees..Certified Pre-own Certification fee . 1997.00 ..Paint protection fee ,1995.00 Nitrogen fill fee for 4 tires 300.00 . Doc fee 999.00 .. Non Tax fee . Not sure what that means ??i 822.00 . …Somewhere in there was a fee for a subway footling ..Needless to say I told them to pound sand

After having 3 other dealers sell cars out from under me while I was filling out paperwork for them, Dante offered me the ability to put a deposit down to hold the car. Once I got on site everyone was friendly and even got me an umbrella when it started raining while trying to get setup in the Leaf. Great guys and fantastic price on a beautiful car.

Worst experience ever! Had an appointment and the guy was busy after waiting for more than 30 minutes finally they told me the car is not in the lot!

They add so many extra fees, not the normal ones, that it makes the advertised price much lower. So, that $14000 car ends up being over $20,000.... normal taxes and fees are around 2000.... not 6000

Dealer took forever to respond and when they did after 3 attempts they said vehicle was sold. Poor service and lack of communication. Have purchased a vehicle elsewhere
