New Nissan Murano for Sale Nationwide

Absolutely horrible experience. Took a whole day off, drove 2 hours, got there and they had no idea what I was there for, brought out the wrong vehicle and then increased the advertised price by 15%!! Couched it as there internal 'fee'. Teaser rate and horrible waste of time.

They called me telling me the car I inquired about qualified for money off due to a promotion going on. Get there not a day later but 40 mins later and they try to sell me something else and then tells me that vehicle is not there and was most likely sold but yet still on the website.

The was super helpful and helped me pick out the car that was best for me. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Highly recommended to anyone looking to finance a car!

Pretty bad service. I ask the receptionist if there is a market adjustment fee attached to the vehicle i requested to purchase and she said no and that they don't do that at this dealership. I drove an hour away and arrived looked at the vehicle and asked for the numbers and of course there it is a $6,000 market adjustment fee. Never again with this dealership.

Advertised on CarGurus when contacted replied advertise price is only for local customers.

Car was priced at $24000 when got there they gave me all the information and ended up at $35000 smh!!! People warned me about this dealership.

Requested information for one specific vehicle received emails mostly about other vehicles and couldn't confirm the availability. After reading the other reviews from various sites, and no call back after two voice messages I decided to shop elsewhere.

Dealer seems friendly enough but the price is completely incorrect and dealer states they have sold out of this vehicle a while ago. Which ultimately forces the question - why is the car still posted as available only to hear they don't have that one but can sell you a newer model for $4,000 more? Hmmm

In my opinion they post cars for very low price to get you in . They don't have those cars for posted price in stock. They posted kia soul for 14k. I called in and confirmed car is at the dealership and it's available. But when I came in they said car was sold.

Another dealership that wanted to sell me a new car. My questions were was this vehicle new, and I asked that they verify the mileage. I never got those questions answered, and gave up (as I'm sure they wanted me to do).

Add 800 dollars of add on dealer prep fees to car prices. Not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. Lots of waiting for them to finish the car paperwork. Not a good experience

Drew is great. He helped me get into a Camaro regardless of my credit situation. I will definitely recommend M’Lady Nissan. They are honest and they don’t beat around the bushes. ThNks M’Lady Nissan!!

Sales manager tried to keep pushing “accessories” on the back end of the deal that were “unable to be removed” ended up going with another dealership that stuck to the price they quoted me and closed the deal in under 30 minutes

Great follow up, sent me pictures and more info, however, the roof was being fixed and when I called to make an appointment to see the vehicle, it had been sold.

Still would have taken this Jeep Liberty Renegrade, even with rear wheel issue. Which I could get fixed off site. Don’t know why they raised the price so high. Also didn’t have a problem with the mileage, Raising the price that high with that High Mileage 190,000 killed the deal, guess that’s what they wanted. There’s got to be other Jeep Liberty’s Renegades out there with the Dark Green Color, so I’ll keep looking…

Great salesman. Car seemed like a good choice and I bought it before it had been serviced. Inspecting and servicing took 3 days and still is not completed.

They did contact me I thought the car had three Rose but it didn't they contacted me a couple of times what's a good experience knowing that they were concerned

Multiple cars in the same price range listed. When they contacted me all of them are sold and they tried to upsell me on something more expensive.

Asked questions about total price and delivery 3 separate times, no real responses, however I keep receiving emails from manager, internet manager, general manager etc even after asking not to be contacted anymore...price listed on CarGurus was XXX, then got a quote as XXX plus but no explanation at all...not a great experience, seems like they dont know how the internet and out of state sales work?!

Over priced with the bate and switch; car is 12K$ as advertised plus 3500$ in dealer fees which you get to pay taxes on! Whoop whoop!

We talked to them about 2 vehicles. Got there to test drive 1 and when we got back they had sold it while we were testing driving, and the other vehicle also.

The manager told us that he was pulling the car around for us . We drove 2.5 hours when we arrived they told us the truck was sold at the auction. But he knew we were on the way . Awful customer service
