They sent an email. I replied. They never responded. I called and never received a return call. They obviously don't need the business.

Dealer responded, but we noticed many poor reviews and saw they added a GPS tracker on all cars and charged $2,000 for it. When I asked, the salesperson confirmed they did this on all their cars. So I told her we were no longer interested in the vehicle. Calls, emails, and texts continued for days. Had to "unsubscribe" on email and report them as spam to our email provider.

They tried to draw me in with this great deal. When I drive over, wakes in they told me the vehicle had sold. I had received a text at 10 pm the night before saying the car would be ready for me to see. I had liars and scammers. This dealership will never get any business from me.

This dealer was amazing to work with. Justin was our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and was straight forward with everything. We were there for a total of 4 hours, which included the whole process of buying a vehicle and trading one in. My wife and I never once felt pressured or anything throughout the process.

Stay far away from this dealership...Called on the phone to verify the price days before driving up to see the car from San diego. The price listed on Cargurus was 20,060$ , once me and the sales associate sat down to go over financing the manager came over and said the actual msrp of the car was 24,000$. Bringing the total cost to 27,000$. A whole day wasted.

Salesman nice but they tried to sell me a car over the phone and then told me it had major mechanical problems when I asked to drive it. Bait and switch attempt.

This advertisement was for a 3500 HD SV High roof RWD 2021 Nissan NV, when I inquired about it they sent me info on a 2500 which is NOT even close in the same power. Straight BAIT AND SWITCH! THIS VEHICLE WASNT EVEB AVAILABLE BUT THEY HAVE IT LISTED. CATFISH CATFISH CATFISH.. don't waste your time, I was going to drive out there 45 minutes to purchase it but when I saw what they sent me for the specs on the vehicle.. it was not the same as advertised..

This dealership is a joke! Spoke to two different individuals one was supposed to be the internet manager. Told them what I was looking for they both send me links on totally different vehicle's with high mileage. Then called me and wanted to set up a appointment. Do not waste your time with this dealership!!

Wonderful customer oriented team. Excellent I knowledge about any question on their advertised vehicles . Wonderful patient , which is very seldom when working with a dealership, so appreciated! Can’t wait to pick up the car and meet Rübstielen and team on person ! I can recommend this dealer with 100% confidence!

Service was terrible, had an appointment and still waited over an hour. Valued my trade in super low (ended up getting over double what they quoted me) and refused to let us finance with our credit union even though we had a pre approval letter in hand and were told on the phone it would be fine as long as we came prepared with the letter. We’ll never go back. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. Walking away from that deal was the best decision I made.

I would not recommend this dealership at all. I test drove a Mercedes reviewed the numbers and agreed upon the listed price. Because I was paying cash and didn’t need the dealership to find me financing the sales manager Pete wanted to hike the price 1k we refused to accept a higher price because because we had cash. This place is greedy as hell and a pure joke. The sales manager has no experience in customer service to allow 30k to walk out the door because he want 1k

I got pre qualified for a car and told them I was going 2 days after the call ,the day came and I went to the dealer I live 1 hour away and they made me waste the time they sold the car and they did not have the courtesy to call and let me know not to come and waste my time if It was sold , their customer service is trash

We had a great experience. We wanted to look at a specific truck and it was available to test drive. We got there late since we both had to work that day and they stayed late for us. They got us a better rate than what we were already pre-qualified for.
