From the start Patrick treated me well and really listened to what it was that I wanted. I didn't have to fight off the hard sell but instead was given the information that I needed to make the deal. When it was time to pickup the car, Patrick made it easy, speedy and simple. Although the finance guy attempted to sell me a warranty I did not need, I understood it was something he was supposed to do. Other than that, the whole Corley's car buying experience was very good.

Jake the sales rep was courteous, personal and friendly. I'd invite him to the BBQ. Ryan the finance guy still needs guidance. Speak slower, engage the customer with better eye contact. Understand he can't win 'em all. I didn't even know when we were finished. No thank you, nothing. He was just gone. I would not invite him to the BBQ

Terrible service’ waited two days for salesman to get truck back from a service customer they’d given it to as a loaner. Talked money on phone while waiting. Made appointment day truck was back and cleaned. Drove an hour to see truck - when informed they were selling it to someone who “came by and saw it out front.” Sorry. Sorry? Salesman was a manager who claimed couldn’t hold truck fir me. Sold my truck out from under me by 25 minutes, per Rob. Disgraceful! Never going back.
