Nice salesperson but actual price was over $15,000 more than what they listed on car gurus. Disappointing. Just list the real price please.

Brought me 3 hours away from home only to say they sold the vehicle when I was on the way and after gaining in-stock assurance.. I still don't have my wife's respect back from trusting these people.

Dealer responded and could not or would not provide me any details on the above vehicle. The manager gave me a song & dance about not being able to identify the vehicle. Tried to sell me another vehicle. Request no further communications. This dealership seems untrustworthy.

I put a downpayment on this exact VIN in the amount of $1,000.00. I waited for the vehicle to be delivered to the dealership. I am informed by my sales rep that the car arrived, come on down ! ... and price is MSRP + $5,000.00. waste of time and money. They won’t sell for the price listed . Napoli has several other vehicles listed for prices they will not honor. Don't waste your time.

Ken Garff added $4000+ in dealer options to the internet quoted price. When I questioned the salesman about the add ons he said they were non negotiable and that I would have to contact a sales manager to explain the discrepancy. I ended up buying a car from a different local dealership and will definitely not work with Ken Garff again.

Ron responded quickly. Was clear and honest about pricing and options moving forward.

Beware of advertising deception. Their advertised internet price does not include high reconditioning fees to the tune of 15% of the car price. The number you see what the car is listed for is not the sale price of the car. Incredibly deceptive.

Fantastic people and dealership.

They were very good at communicating with me. Although they had a policy of not holding used vehicles until I could make the time to get to their dealership. The vehicle was sold the day before my appointment.
