Terrible service went there with cash in hand and the salesman wasnt willing to help us out at all. The turbo is making a noise and there is a leak in the valves in the engine. Roy wasn’t willing to meet us in the middle for a price or speak to a manager about helping us out. As soon as we left we tried contacting a manager on the phone and they still weren’t able to help us out. Extremely unsatisfied with Roy awful salesman.

Ended up purchasing the car, the whole process was so easy and quick and Ziggy and Epiphany were great!

Price advertised changed upon arrival, another bait and switch dealership. Price advertised on Cargurus changed to 17990 plus they wanted 2500 down making the price sticker for a "new" loaner with 3000 miles. Walked out immediately not even going to negotiate with a dishonest dealership and salesman.

Requested information for one specific vehicle received emails mostly about other vehicles and couldn't confirm the availability. After reading the other reviews from various sites, and no call back after two voice messages I decided to shop elsewhere.

Dealer seems friendly enough but the price is completely incorrect and dealer states they have sold out of this vehicle a while ago. Which ultimately forces the question - why is the car still posted as available only to hear they don't have that one but can sell you a newer model for $4,000 more? Hmmm

In my opinion they post cars for very low price to get you in . They don't have those cars for posted price in stock. They posted kia soul for 14k. I called in and confirmed car is at the dealership and it's available. But when I came in they said car was sold.

Another dealership that wanted to sell me a new car. My questions were was this vehicle new, and I asked that they verify the mileage. I never got those questions answered, and gave up (as I'm sure they wanted me to do).

Add 800 dollars of add on dealer prep fees to car prices. Not a dealer I would recommend to a friend. Lots of waiting for them to finish the car paperwork. Not a good experience

I would rate this dealer 0 Stars if that was an option. This is definitely not an honest dealer. The price on CarGurus was 18,790 but when I called the price they gave was $29, 700. They said the difference was because I was paying with cash. So I ask what price would be if I financed through whatever lender they required, and they quoted a price of 22, 720.

Called an hour before driving there to ask if they had the car they advertised and to confirm it was the price they advertised without added rebates that I don't qualify for. They assured me they had the vehicle and it was the advertised price before any rebates. I made the appointment and drove out right away but the car wasn't there and they claimed their website wasn't updated. Don't believe them and waste time driving to this dealership

Ready to make a deal still waiting on a eta of a vehicle since the beginning of the week, meanwhile I’m getting daily emails about the vehicle that isn’t even at dealership yet....

After I made an appointment to test drive it (I live 40 miles away from this dealer), they called to say they didn't actually have the car on the lot. I haven't heard from them since.

Didn’t even get to meet with the employee that scheduled the app with me & the female I had to work with instead was very unpleasant & used her vape while she was working with me.

Unprofessional lied about vehicle kept us waiting 40 min past our appointment time because the jeep wasn’t even there! After we drove almost an hour to get there!

A lot less hassle than I’ve ever had with a car purchase. The contactless process made it easy to do everything even with 6 hours between my home and the dealership. I first contacted them 11/30 and the deal was done and car was delivered by 12/5.

Pushy from the first phone call. Tried getting me to put a deposit on a vehicle that I haven’t even seen or test drove. Salesman was nice, but also very pushy (following company protocol) and not very knowledgeable about the trucks on the lot.

Very helpful but did not have the Carfax for the vehicle. Information they provided was not 100% accurate as the Carfax had slightly more info. However, very helpful with their financing options and very responsive as well.

They will not honor a price that was agreed on the day before and lying to say that price was never given. Went to look at used car was given a price written on paper. Went back the following day to get the car and they gave a complete different price. Would t honor what they said the day before. On top of that they tried to lie their way saying they never gave that number to me. The original sales rep didn’t even bother saying hello when I got there the second day.

They where excellent. Helpful & knowledgeable
