Advertised price $42,400. This price is was a competitive price for the 21 gladiator listed. When I called the sales associate said he will verify with his manager and have him call me back. When the manager called he explained the this keep has an extra $4000 in modifications and is actually $46,000.

The jeep was advertised at 39,778, so we came in to buy with cash - but they began trying to push us into their financing (so they could make more money) and then lied and said the advertised price was only for financing. Cash price was 44k plus fees and taxes. Total scam. Nowhere in the ad did it say that. Illegal. They made it up. So we walked. Would have been happy to pay the advertised price but they didn’t want the sale. They’re selling financing, not cars. Beware.

Horrible experience, did not care for my business. Manager lied about car having a recall. Ultimately bought somewhere else. Listen to the reviews they are there for a reason. Don’t bother to waste your time.

AMAZING experience here! I drove 2 hours to get here and everyone was very helpful, I never felt pressured to buy anything, I made that decision on my own. If I’m ever in the market for another car or know someone who is, I will definitely be coming back here

The manager name John was not nice with the customer service. His attitude showed that he didn't want to sell the car. Jabi who showed us the car wasn't a professional but nicer. This place is weird with the policy. You have to provide your personal information, drivers license, social security numbers, etc in order to discuss about the price. I would never come to this location again even the car is cheaper.

They responded quickly but I was unable to get out there to look at truck.

Two salesperson contact me immediately after my inquiry about the car, willing to go sooner than I schedule, never call me back, even the receptionist knew me after two consecutive days trying to reach the sales rep, the car where sold and as it today no courtesy call to let me know the car is not available, which I was told they would.

I'd give ZERO score if I could! This dealer would not honor the printed advertised price! They said used car prices went up overnight... What a joke.

I got approved in 3 different dealers except for this one. They won't help you at all. Plus the car I wanted to test drive didn't have gas and I was only able to drive it from one parking space to a different one in the same parking lot. ( ps. I got a newer car with lower miles and a better price at a different Dealer. )

In short, they didn't honor the price they offer on email/phone. They gave me incorrect information on phone and when I arrive to make a deal they just said that online agent probably hadn't correct information and facts are different.

Sent in an email and got a automated response that a sales person would be in contact. I asked for more pictures and never heard from sales person nor did I receive any more pics

This vehicle was not even on the lot and no one knew anything about it. Very pleasant but disappointed.

I would not deal with these people. I contacted them about a Jeep they told me the price was higher because of aff-ons. I understood, we started the process of negotiating because I was pre-approved. That was on Friday by Wednesday they had not called back which the salesman said he would call Tuesday when he got back to work. I called them because they would not answer a text. Didn’t get to speak to the salesman but I spoke to another and he offered up a price $4K higher. Crooks!!!

We had an agreement in place for me to purchase a Ram 1500 quad cab they refused to honor the price and demanded several thousand dollars more after we had agreed to terms. This is a dishonest and fraudulent dealership, I highly recommend not doing business with them. Very unprofessional, dishonest and should be put out of business.
