Christian was absolutely amazing! We went in at 7:30pm and he had the car pulled up and ready for us to look at. He had all the answers to our questions, got our deal done and stayed late to see us off!

Was told vehicle is in stock for posted price went in to look for vehicle was told it is there then told not there but have same vehicle but different color difference in price was more then 5 grand then wouldn’t answer any questions I have asked multiple times be prepared for 36,000 price

Don't believe in this dealership for whatever they are saying. they called me twice to come over to check on the vehicle. they confirmed it that it was in the lot and available. I drove 100 miles with horrible traffic just to get there before they closed. and when I got there the salesperson told me the vehicle was sold a day ago. he said I should've called their actual dealership not the internet sale reps. so beware. its a trap.

Tried to charge me close to $1500 in nonsense fees. An $899 doc fee and a $425 title processing fee is ludicrous. Especially when the going rate locally is $699 for a doc fee and I’m just transferring my plate. Just another dealership taking advantage of the chip shortage by overcharging customers. No thanks I went elsewhere and bought my Jeep at MSRP with no doc fee.

Truck was sold before I arrived, however Tyrone found another. Awesome salesman and great team at both locations. As long as he is there I will not go anywhere else! Customer for life.

The sales rep didn't know the price advertised on the site. Then proceeded to tell me that it wasn't accurate and is the actual price is $4000 over what is shown.

Sergio was a big help but one of the managers there wasn't and didn't wanna work with us at all but overall I liked the help

Sales manager was not nice regarding the monthly payment we had averaged out between the sales associate and myself. Basically called him stupid and said he can’t add things up correct. Sales associate was amazing. Would love to give better rating, but the sales manager completely ruined EVERYTHING for me. I would never return here and will tell anyone I know to steer clear as long as said manager is still here

All I can say is they are the best dealer, from star to finish they are so awesome. They even brought the car for me to look up. Thanks to Pedro , John and Daniela for an awesome car buying experience! The dealer is an hour and a half drive away but if I’m going to look for a car I will go back to them again. Excellent choice of people to do business.

Out of all my experiences buying from dealers, and I’ve had a few, this is by far the best experience. The sales manager dealt with me directly, was not pushy on the sale, and just treated my like a valued customer… which not ordinary for a car dealership. Will definitely purchase my next vehicle from them!

Friendly staff, but financially inflexible. Their deal or no deal….and your trade will be valued at significantly less than KBB trade value. They use the “black book” for valuing your trade so a KBB trade value of $35k is about $27k to them. And while use car prices are super high right now that only applies to their car and not your trade-

Southwest was great to deal with. Mathew went above and beyond. He was friendly, had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in and did not try to hard sell us anything. We bought a new Ram truck for much less than we found elsewhere. I would highly recommend Southwest to my friends.

Dealer responded quickly and was very helpful. The vehicle was already pending when I heard back. The dealer communicated well throughout, but couldn’t find a vehicle that I liked apart from the one that was pending sale. Dealer was also pretty low on my trade in value according to CarFax.
