Was told the car was available and when I got there 2 hr later it was magically sold

Was lied to about the vehicles availability. Contacted the dealership about the vehicles and double checked that it was in fact still available before I drove to the lot. Come to find out the vehicle had sold a couple of days before. They are trying to get customers to their lot and nothing more.

I went to the dealership to see the car, but was told it was sold yesterday. I saw it still advertised as available a week later and contacted the dealer again and was told it was "a nice choice". It seems like a scam, but you can decide for yourself. I won't be buying a vehicle from this dealership...ever.

Hands down, the absolute best service by a car salesman EVER!! Joe Romano answered every question I had. And he did so in a prompt and personable manner. He went above and beyond, providing all the information I needed even answering off hours on his day “Off”. He made me want to do business with him and I typically HATE the car buying experience.

Flaws were not pointed out when viewing the pics. Camera doesn't capture flaws on a white car. the Paint scrape around front signal light, dent on back quarter panel and back bumper flaws. Car was supposedly sold while discussing with sales person.

They never responded through CarGurus but I was able to get in touch with them through their own website. after that they were very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting us the car that we wanted.

Very helpful, But sold the car without letting me know, and I needed to drive 70 miles in order to purchase. Had it not been for being notified by CarGarus, I would have wasted my time.
