response was quick...although the price was way to high and the marketing from their website states the retail value of the vehicle was about 24001.0 and they SO graciously reduced about 6610.0 was a joke of the day...tells you the integrity of this dealership, lol.

Not sure what to think about this group. They were polite but not very smart. Car was offered for 42,700 I offered 40000. They countered by increasing the price on this used car. Dumb move I thought but I’m not trying to sell cars:)

The dealer let me know that the car had to be towed in and would have to be towed out. That would have been a useful bit of information to have put in the ad. I replied and asked what was wrong with it, but never got an answer.

We drove 2.5 hours as we were told no issues. We get there and no paint is on the back bumper and windshield cracked. Would never use lot again. No one even called to apologize when I left.

Horrible. They put a $3000 extended warranty on the car I purchased after I told them I didn't want it. They charged $2000 more than what they listed the car for on CarGurus. After making several calls to the dealer, got the GM who told me"if you don't like the car, return it" and when I got there to return it, he then said he wasn't taking it back! I trusted them and I shouldn't have. Will never go there again. Worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Mia was incredibly polite and the Manager was great. No hassle deal.

Matt came out to greet us at the door. Although we did not end up buying a car that day, he let us take a Palisade out for a test drive, told us what we could get for our vehicle, without any high pressure sales.

Thank you for other reviews already posted! Very rude on the phone. Price online was suddenly raised by $3000 for “dealer accessories”. I asked for an explanation and received none. Was told, “ I’m just telling you the price of the car”. Hung up on Leonides and took my business elsewhere!! Don’t go here!!
