Quick response very straight forward.

The sales manager added thousands of dollars to the sticker price because of “market adjustment.” The salesman said they have plenty of buyers and too few vehicles, so the price goes up. Not today!

I scheduled a test drive I was told when I arrived to go to the VIP manager. No one knew what that was and I had to wait. Once I did get helped the test drive was very short and I was rushed through.

Answered our questions and also sent photos of the vehicle since we were 5 hours away.

Dealer contacted me. The car I was interested in, after 2 weeks still has no pictures available for viewing. There is the stock photo only. No purchase for them.

They contact me right away and they where very helpful

Salesman Bruce responded to my inquirey ASAP. Answered any questions we had and since we were coming from out of state had everything ready and waiting when we arrived. Communication with Bruce could not have been better before, during and after the sale. It was a great experience made even better with an exceptional car. Loved it all

First they said it was sold, then responded back a week later and asked me if I was still interested in a car that won’t qualify for financing and they are asking 9500$? They suck

Met Daniel and he was great!! Didn’t apply pressure, just info about the vehicle I was interested and honestly informed me of others than I may want to avoid. If I do decide to buy a Hyundai, I will be purchasing from Daniel!

Nice car but not in my price range

The car sold before we could line anything up but the dealership personnel did let us know right away. They have been trying to help us find another vehicle. Very helpful great people even though we've never met.

Excellent interaction with sales dept especially Lou Roth. Mr Roth went out of his way to be fully transparent with all costs and fees associated with vehicle. Would highly recommend this dealership

Horrible experience! They did not hold up to the price or agreement trying to charge 500 for delivery when shown free. Low balled me for my trade. Changed the price on the jeep up 1,000.00 when advertising it lower. Would not recommend buying here. Was a waste of credit inquiry!

Absolute horrible dealership. Place was dirty, water leaking out of the wall in the restroom. Was offered 12k less for my trade, than other dealerships. Vehicle I came to see was dirty, and they tried to hide damage on it. Steer clear, you will be happier
