Once I sent an email, a salesman called and I set up an appointment. I then received five emails and four phone calls from other salesmen at that dealer in 24 hours. I told their manager that was ridiculous and didn’t go see the truck. I bought a 21’ F350 Platinum from a private party. The salesmen at this dealership shot themselves in the foot losing a sale to a buyer for acting like vultures. Hopefully they learned a lesson.

Horrible. They put a $3000 extended warranty on the car I purchased after I told them I didn't want it. They charged $2000 more than what they listed the car for on CarGurus. After making several calls to the dealer, got the GM who told me"if you don't like the car, return it" and when I got there to return it, he then said he wasn't taking it back! I trusted them and I shouldn't have. Will never go there again. Worst car buying experience I have ever had!!!

I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Mia was incredibly polite and the Manager was great. No hassle deal.

Thank you for other reviews already posted! Very rude on the phone. Price online was suddenly raised by $3000 for “dealer accessories”. I asked for an explanation and received none. Was told, “ I’m just telling you the price of the car”. Hung up on Leonides and took my business elsewhere!! Don’t go here!!

I saw a vehicle on Cargurus and contacted the dealership. Although they were showing a car they no longer had, they did respond quickly to let me know they did not have it available anymore.

Well. I started working with them on the new Tuscon. They ran my credit to make sure everything was good. Then, they call me and tell me they sell these vehicles $3000 over msrp. That should have been explained BEFORE pulling my credit.

They were very responsive early in my contact, then didn’t want to send me some pictures what would help me decide to come out to see the car. Then they jacked the price up by over $1000. If they reconsider these things maybe they can get a higher review.

Very welcoming and professional. The different departments work together to get the client taken care of. They have many options and are very thorough in their work. The work place is clean & spacious. Their team is patient, knowledgeable, and ensure that clients are taken care of as far as their reason for coming to the establishment.

Paid a bit more than I should have but in and out in a few hours. Appreciated car being ready and quick financing.

When I arrived at the dealer I was greeted by salesman I contacted. The images on the website is not what I saw. The passenger side on the car had a dent and scratch from front to back. I drove 50 miles to be disappointed.

It's been almost a week and I have not heard back from them after they ran my credit application and everything. I have emailed and texted numerous times and no response. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I have even called. I am looking for a hassle-free experience and was really hopeful, but this experience wasn't hassle-free; it was a total hassle. I made time out of work to work on this and now they won't even reply.

Dealer initially responded asking was I interested in coming out, I asked could I get some pics of Jeep Wrangler, he never responded back. So I guess he wasn't interested in selling it to me.

Shottenkirk Hyundai was great. We had to reschedule our test drive twice due to an illness and they were more than happy to accommodate us. I went in with a cash price in mind and they made it happen.

I would buy from them again. I am 65 years old and it was the best buying experience that I have had yet. I felt no pressure to buy the 4 runner or the extended warranty. I was asked if I would like the extended warranty only once and I did not buy it. They were very professional.

He went above and beyond, providing all the information I needed even answering off hours on his day “Off”. He made me want to do business with him and I typically HATE the car buying experience.

She will go beyond the call of duty to make sure you are making an informed decision (on both the financial front and regarding your next tens of thousands of miles with your future vehicle.) She was open and honest and at no point tried to sneak anything by me.
