Great follow-up.

Car was sold out yet listing wasn't removed.

I’m still waiting for a response to my email that I sent them. They responded the first time quickly and now I have been waiting a while for an answer to my follow up email.

My first experience was satisfactory

Terrible! Card was NOT READY for sale. Had a large deep scratch- needed to be painted. No negotiation Virtually take it or leave it..so I left. Would not go there again for any reason. Manager was unreasonable. Salesperson could not speak English fluently. Did not know if we were getting through to her!

Didnt seem interested in selling me a car. First salesman said he would call me back, never heard from him.

We went into the dealership thinking the price of the car was as advertised on CarGurus: 20,000. When we went to look at the car and made an offer, they told us it was 27,000 and there was no negotiation. It made us feel like the dealership was acting in a very slimy way. Will be taking our business elsewhere.

The saleswoman was very professional and helpful. She even took the time and sent me a video Regretfully the sales management added $6,000 in junk fees. I made them a fair offer and they declined. Too bad I liked the car.

My husband and I went in to look at a new Honda Odyssey and instead were told they couldn’t make the numbers work to put us in it. We were lied to and told they weren’t running a hard pull on our credit and they did. They then insisted on a used Odyssey and when they gave us the numbers, didn’t reflect the down payment we intended to give. They are the exact reason people hate going to dealerships and have a huge distrust of people selling cars.

I received a call from the dealership on the same day I contacted Cargurus. After confirming the vehicle was there and that it was the model and color I wanted we discussed price. After a few back and forths I went to the dealership on Saturday and bought the vehicle. The truck was ready to go and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours. I set an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, only to arrive at the dealership to find out they had already sold the car the day before. I did not appreciate the waste of my time and their nonchalant attitude regarding same.
