Great, at the top of my list because of the vehicle and staff’s response..,

Spoke once and never heard from them again. I had a few questions, which were answered.

Responsive and not overbearing. Unfortunately this car sold, before I was able to get there.

This dealership is nothing but crooks. Talked to a salesman on the phone. Told him the car I was looking for was 4,000 dollars over the Kelly blue book price. He said well I can see your not interested and hung up!! Emailed the manager never got a reply!! I haven't seen a decent review of this dealership. They are very crooked.

I want to start by saying Job was very friendly and efficient as a salesman. Aside from that, this dealership is outrageous in their practices. The car is advertised at $9252 but once you get there it goes up $3500 for a gps/nav they already installed and some paint and interior protection packages that are not optional. A 40% markup from the advertised price. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

The salesman was very professional . I contacted him 24hr before I arrived and texted him my ETA when I was heading over. He didn't bother to put gas for my test drive. I drove around the block because I was afraid to run out of gas. The cars was scratch up and thirty transmission oil.

I did not have a good experience i did the application online and they did not honor the deal was there for hours with my twins was hard enough trying to keep them calm while getting the run around then being told double the payments i was quoted bad experience don't recommend travelled a hour to get there.

They are responsive. However, not upfront with their price. Took 2 weeks of back and forth to finally come to a price and at the end gives me a higher quote than was negotiated. At the end they claim that they blamed on giving me the prices for a different car. Playing games and wasted my time.

Was decent, sales person was pleasant. The vehicle in question was never mentioned only a higher priced one was that was not on my radar. He never did answer my questions about the particular vehicle but I was able to find them on my own. Still, I've done some service work at Penske and found them to be good dealer.

the staff were very friendly and helpful but I kind of lost faith when after they had set the whole deal up I had to ask about the trade in of my car and they said only $500
