Ridiculous $15k markup on a Type-R. The car is special but it's not that special. Just goes to show how predatory this dealership is. I would've bought at MSRP without question. Your loss...

Odd. Offer a car $2,000 below what everyone else is charging, lure the customer in; customer accepts printed written offer, the salesman writes it up and adds a $2,000 "market fluctuation fee" to the purchase price. I am will be contacting Honda directly.

Was disappointed. The dealer wanted to add additional 3k dollars to the cost of the car ! Would never go to the dealer again !

Took to long to get back with me. I was interested in buying a Honda Civic Type R and was willing to drive from San Diego to Downey California but the salesman said that he would call me back. He did after a few days later after another Honda dealership in San Diego reach out to me to say that have a type r in stock

I set an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle, only to arrive at the dealership to find out they had already sold the car the day before. I did not appreciate the waste of my time and their nonchalant attitude regarding same.

Excellent Customer service. Very careful during Covid- 19. All employees and customers were tested and wearing masks. Small individual tables with barriers set up with social distancing. Got an excellent car and even after I bought it Nataly followed up to make sure I was happy. When I mentioned an issue with the roof paint(used car) they had me bring it in and immediately took care of it. Manager, Mr. Lee and his staff were great. Couldn’t be happier.

Salesman I first spoke to was not helpful but I was assigned a different one and did purchase the truck. Finance man was very quick and thorough and made sure I understood everything!!

Very professional and no crazy back and forward to a manager to negotiate the price. I hate buying cars because it seems to take all day. No problem at Wilde. I test drove and completed financing in a few hours. One of the best car experience I have ever had and I have brought a lot of vehicles in my life! Highly recommended. I love my bug!

I contacted this dealership before they opened wanting to purchase a very specific vehicle and I was scheduled for a call with a sales person. They never called and the vehicle was sold without my having the opportunity to purchase it. Poor service to those responding via internet site.

Great dealership really responsive to all my questions and answered them greatly.

The sales person, who went to the manager, came back with a higher price for the vehicle only (30k), versus the price listed on Car Gurus (28,999) and said that the vehicle would come out to bec36k out the door. Ridiculous!
