Was the best experience I ever had at dealing, with a Dealership. The sales person was very nice, and very informative of the truck my wife and I were looking at. Over all it was and still is a great Dealership.

I had an appointment to see this SUV and drove 2-1/2 hours to get there only to find out that the salesman I was supposed to see was not even there. I was told that they had received a deposit from someone else on this vehicle, and would I be interested in something else. Not Happy

did not visit lot nor purchased vehicle, but dealer was responsive and informative via email and telephone.

well when i asked to test drive vehicle ,he seemed like it was a bother to go get keys to move another vehicle so i could test drive it.

Prompt response however when I arrived the car hadn’t even been cleaned. There were multiple nicks and scratches that had been poorly touched up and the front splitter was damaged. Car needs tires. Not what you would expect for asking price. I see from your attachment that they have lowered the price again.

Nice people. Unfortunately the car was pretty rough. Probably should have sent it to auction. Car had two holes in the canvas top. Looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. Black stripes are seriously sun faded. Paint issue on the top of the passenger rear quarter. When we put the top down the weather stripping fell off. Lastly and mostly importantly is that the engine had a very noticeable noise to it. This car shouldn’t be on the main lot of a dealership.

Bad/unethical business. Had an internet price listed and gave me an out the door price in writing delivered to Kansas. I told them to consider it sold, but they refused to sell it to me since I wouldn't finance it through them. Absolutely absurd.

The dealer contacted me by email, by return email I requested help but got no response. I was then contacted via email by the general sales manager offering assistance. I called him and left a voicemail but the message went unreturned.

Did not purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Salesman was professional, but this dealership wanted to add a bunch of junk fees to the deal. $1500 plus of unwanted fees cost them my business.

They won’t offer near what your vehicle is worth at trade in value. They claimed KBB is 20% high right now. We are supposed to trust your opinion over KBB? No thanks.

The car didn’t have the options it was advertised it had. When I asked the salesman about it, he said it must have been a mistake. Glad I didn’t drive 3 hours to look at it.

Raised price $2k after contacting and confirming listed price. After coming to agreement on purchase they "already sold it" when I was to pick it up. Lots of run around. Very unprofessional
