Other than trouble findings the 'keys', experience good. Saleslady took me to proper road for a little sport driving. Bought vehicle that day. They buffed it out--is b lack, and it needed it; and delivered t me in San Angelo next day. Honest deal--TT and L were just that--TT and L--no dealer prep, document fees, none of that padding crap. Highly recommend dealer. And I love the car.

Called about a vehicle and was lied to by Garrett about the availability. He was rude and don’t understand how someone working at a dealership could be treated with such disrespect. I was approved for financing and there was no follow, and was given the run around that the vehicle was no longer available.

The salesman and general manager that I delt with were very unresponsive to my calls. Many times they would not even call me back. The truck I purchased from them had also been wrecked which they never disclosed to me. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from them.

I have to say. The one bright spot was Laura in Bert Ogden as she kept in contact and tried to help. Both salesmen that were assigned to me seemed interested at first but kind of lost that interest after a very short time. The last salesmen did not even call me back, it was Laura that did the final check up. I would have rated them better if they would of been a little more attentive.

Spoke with a salesman, set up time to test drive and get car for the following day. Notified them I had a preapproval and would be driving the 2 hours from my home to them with documents in hand. Got a call once I was halfway there that the car that had been available less than 24 hrs earlier was sold to a managers niece.

Very quick to respond and could not have been more helpful. I felt like I was they’re only customer and my expectations were exceeded

Contacted Dealer about a vehicle they advertised in which I was very interested in purchasing… I drove an hour and 20 min to to the dealership and was informed the vehicle advertised was not on Lot and was in transit and not expected to reach the lot until another week or so… They could have been honest and saved me both time and disappointment because I made it clear that was the vehicle that I wanted.

I was ready to buy but the sales guy was very disrespectful. On our way outside to see my trade, he went off with other customers. He just completely forgot about me. Im not one to use the race card but I’ll tell you, that how I felt. I’ll never come back to this place….
