I was more than pleased with my visit. I worked with Antonio and Mohamed and they both did all they could to get me into the truck I wanted. Very professional and they know how to do their jobs well. We came up with a deal that I was happy with and in no time I was driving home in my new truck!

I was at this dealer for 6 hours! And after being there for so long. They tell me towards the end. That their not going to sell me the car without the $3,500 warranty. Which was a deal breaker for me!

The salesman was super nice, not pushy and very helpful. We negotiated on price for awhile, and then I decided to back out. The sales manager calls me up and insinuates that I couldn't afford the car, and was just in general very unprofessional and rude. They also tried selling me a maintenance package (insanely expensive one too), even though I live 1000+ miles from their dealership. I will 100% never do business with this dealership.

Was told the vehicle was available for purchase. Drove an hour only to be told that the truck was not available to purchase. No similar vehicle was available to review or look at or buy.

The dealership was very updated and the sales personnel were very courteous. Only minor issue was the extensive wait from the time the deal was made until the financing personnel were ready.

I had a certified offer and they refused to apply it to the car then they added $2,000+ in dealer fees to the tag, title and tax fees

The dealer did nothing to secure this vehicle for us. We wanted to buy it and we sent our trade info and the dealer was to get back to us and he said no hurry. We sent the info, didn't hear from him and tried to call but him he was not available (in training) and this car sold while we were waiting on our sales rep...not happy at all

I had some questions about particulars on a vehicle that I didn't see in the ad. The dealership answered me promptly and with the input I had requested. I appreciate that I was not hounded with emails afterwards as I decided not to purchase that particular vehicle.

Can't buy a car without knowing the drive-out price and this dealer will not provide one through a Car Gurus inquiry. If that is what you expect, you're wasting your time here.

They originally listed the vehicle for $27,881 and when contacted the price magically increased by $9,000. Total bait and switch pricing.

The classic bate and switch with vehicles, then the next new vehicle they tried to sell me had 5800 mile on it. It's actually the Ford 150 listed on this site, they are still showing it with 6 miles and says DEMO on windshield. I attempted to negotiate at .15 cents a mile discount and they asked me to leave. I have never been to such an unprofessional Ford dealership. .

Very good at getting back with me, just didn't want to spend the extra money the economy has driven the price up to.

Saleperson who “appraised” my truck was very insulting and unprofessional. Told me he wouldn’t give me more than $500 for my truck because it was too “beat up” Marcus made me feel so unwelcomed and I will never even think to give these people my business. Btw, my truck is valued at $20,000.

This '08 truck has a lot of body damage, the sales man (both of them) never mentioned it. They then tried to get me into a truck that was just outside my price range.
