Good information about the truck, very responsive salesperson, provided all information I requested. I didn't buy because the truck they had was not exactly what I was looking to buy. The color was very dark which in the SW is not good due to heat nor did it have the options I need. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them and if they get the vehicle I'm searching for I'll buy it.

the sales manager assigned a salesman to me. That salesman has not been at all helpful about finding the vehicle I was looking for.

Milo contacted me within an hour of me leaving a message. At the time I saw the listing there were no pictures of the inside. Milo took several pictures and sent them to me. He answered all of my questions and there definitely was no pressure from him at all. The dealership is out of state so we were not able to go for a test drive. I had all the confidence in the description that Milo gave me.

After the initial response to tell me that the vehicle was available, there was no more response to my emails! I had to go in to the dealership personally where the experience was equally bad. Had to wait 2 hours just to get an initial quote (which was the same as the internet price) and then no more negotiation from them after that! Kept trying to sell me add-on options! Stay away!!

Totally different experience, even though there was a small unexpected hiccup, my wife and I were treated very well by the dealership, in particular Jason Jones, he was a pleasure to work with.

Dealer contacted me almost immediately after my inquiry, very helpful and courteous. I bought the vehicle and it was delivered just as promised.

I was contacted several times. They were helpful with the information that I wanted and went out of there way to make it easier to view the vehicle by making a video and sending it to me.

Salesmen and car was wonderful but finance officer was none existing. They had to get one from the Huntsville store. We had a problem with the loan and we couldn't get anyone to answer the phone until we threaten to stop payment on personal check that we wrote for the car. Once they think they have their money they don't give a rip. I wouldn't recommend this Dealership.

It was a great experience dealing with Woody Anderson Ford. I will certainly contact them in the future as I have other auto needs.
