we went up there to look at a certain car and when we go up there they had already sold it. It would have been nice to know that they sold it before we took an almost 2 hour long drive up there for nothing

Told me the truck would not be available for delivery until Wednesday the following week then sold the truck to somebody else on Saturday. I would be very wary of this dealership. I was ready willing and able to buy on the Thursday before when I first contacted them. Found no recalls on the VIN but was told the truck was waiting on parts for a door handle recall. Altogether shady practices in my experience. Make your own judgement? You've been warned.

We didn't get the vehicle we went to test drive but we did purchase from them. Elder Ford amazing team in all departments. Our next vehicle purchase will probably be through Elder Ford again. We drove 2 hours from our home to the dealership and it was worth it. I highly recommend them!

The seller that called us back was rude and not very informative. We were ready to purchase a truck but wanted information before taking the 3hr drive. He didn’t care to give details until we were on the lot.

They are very helpful and don't try to push you in to something. It was a nice, relaxing experience.

Although I didn’t end up going to the dealership because I discontinued my car search, they were incredibly attentive and flexible with me.

John was very helpful, but the dealer sold the car out from underneath me. They had all my information for financial purposes and still sold the car. Improper business ethics in my opinion… I wish John the best.
