I arrived at the dealership this morning after getting an out the door, line by line total from dealer yesterday. I drive the car, then sit down at a desk. A "manager" comes in and tells me they "forgot" to add $1600 shop charges to the total price of the car. Whoops. This is unethical. I got up and left immediately.

Everything was fine until I get home on my Tacoma somebody at the dealership cover the roof of the truck with wax so in my way home in Tucson rain and the wax washed and the roof was white because sun damage they covered to sell the truck that is a scam I call them they say the sell manager will call me back to arrange something and he never did they are scammers be careful

I have not purchased yet, but they were very quick to respond. They texted me a walk around video of the trucks exterior to show me any possible minor scratches or chips in the paint. Salesman was very helpful. I would certainly recommend Peoria Ford.

The dealer ship answered all questions i had promptly. but when it came time to try and purchase the vehicle the salesman was not helpful in the buying process. this was a used vehicle but they wanted new car price. Will not go back to this dealership

Dealer undervalued the trade by several thousand dollars. I would have taken a deal had it not started off with cutting a trade so deeply to make it appear they were giving value on pricing on the internet. The difference of over 9K was not acceptable in an instance where it was going from a higher optioned vehicle with very low miles 4181 to an entry-level pickup.

They don’t have the car for sale they were just put ads and get some customer because when I requested info about the car someone inform me they still don’t have to car and they are working in to get the car

Dealer is not honest about pricing, the added $1500 of after market add-ons like etching and coding so the cost is higher than advertised, don't bother with dishonest dealers. Car has been sitting for 6 months but they won't budge on price.

Not the best experience wasn’t taken seriously and did not listen to my need. Dealer told me I needed to put down 10,000 lol

As it turns out the ADVERTISED price of the vehicle was not what they were actually selling the vehicle for...the "jacked" price was $1500.00 more then advertised....LOL, LOL
