New Ford Escape for Sale Nationwide

I was quoted a Payment on a vehicle and after a three hour drive and two hours at the dealership I was given another payment amount twice as high. I was told an employee made a mistake on the phone. I purchased a vehicle from the Frankfort Illinois location a couple years back and had a good experience there, I would not recommend The Valparaiso location.

Reached about a ranger. I was contacted by a different Currie Ford dealer who couldn’t provide info on the ranger I was interested and was never contacted by the correct Currie Ford dealer.

I was contacted quickly with answers to my questions. Great service and friendliness.

They still keep in touch with me about the Buick they have it in the Reconditioning stage they text me like every three days to let me know that the car is still for sale but they have to I guess work on it to make sure it’s up to par

would have been 5 but some salesman was not very friendly when i asked about the price of the Jeep when i heard it was in. He seemed more interested in getting my DL info and where i lived other than just giving me the price as the customer asked. No sale for you! Needless to say i went back got a another salesman Miller and he was very helpful and sold me the jeep the same day.

Immediate response to my inquiry. Up front about the vehicle not ready to show. Scheduled call back as soon as this vehicle is ready. Keeping a watch for other options that become available.

This truck was already sold but they got back to me about other vehicles they had available. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle this time. I will definitely keep them in mind the next time I need a vehicle.

Never got back to me with credit decision. Submitted a credit app for a vehicle and I never got a response from the dealership with a decision. I would think the dealership would let me know. Anyway bought a car at a different place.
