New Ford Edge for Sale Nationwide

I was quoted a Payment on a vehicle and after a three hour drive and two hours at the dealership I was given another payment amount twice as high. I was told an employee made a mistake on the phone. I purchased a vehicle from the Frankfort Illinois location a couple years back and had a good experience there, I would not recommend The Valparaiso location.

Reached about a ranger. I was contacted by a different Currie Ford dealer who couldn’t provide info on the ranger I was interested and was never contacted by the correct Currie Ford dealer.

I was contacted quickly with answers to my questions. Great service and friendliness.

They contacted me about the vehicle very late the next day. One person was trying to sell me the vehicle and connected me to another person to continue the process, only to find out the vehicle had been sold before I was contacted. I'd say lamarque has no clue what is going on on their lot. it's a car lot. Shouting distance from one office to the other. very sad.

This '08 truck has a lot of body damage, the sales man (both of them) never mentioned it. They then tried to get me into a truck that was just outside my price range.

The online person contacted me to inform me I could come look at the vehicle but it still needed to go through inspection. When I got there the sales person couldn’t find the vehicle. When I saw another vehicle on the lot, he stated he would grab the keys and be back. He didn’t come back after 20 minutes of me standing outside. I spent 1 1/2 hours there and never saw a car. Never received a follow up call from online sales or the regular salesman.

Grand Prairie Ford was a great dealership to work with. They were swift in their response regarding the Jeep Patriot and it was still available when I went to look at the vehicle. Cameron was very diligent and persistent, without being pushy about getting me into this vehicle, which he did! Best experience I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle.

Trying to work a deal. Not only did they low ball my trade but tried to tell me there is a $5000 addendum on the vehicle I wanted. When I told them I’m not paying a cent over msrp the car miraculously gets sold to another party. Stay away from this dealership!!

Truck was still at the manufacture but they insisted on $7500 market adjustment which is BS

Responsive and polite. Only issue is I am out of state and they ONLY do onsite paperwork to release the vehicle. This means regardless of where you are you will HAVE to find transportation down to Tampa to sign for the car. They will NOT release it for shipping any other way. This was a deal killer for me since I live out of state. I understand why they do it but its something no other dealer has mentioned.

Wanted to get the Ford escape that they had. sent in my application, they even ran my credit. they told me it was “sold” to someone else after running my credit into the ground. Tried another car and they tried making me put $2k down for my payments to be around $500 / mo. I asked if they could hold my application for 30 days and no one ever responded. bad business ethnic.

Took longer than I expected, but in the end, they delivered what we wanted. Thanks, Max and the sales manager (sorry, his name slips my mind)

They were very nice there. I did buy a car from them, but I had to sell my trade elsewhere. They wouldnt give me what it was worth. The car ended up costing more than I thought it would. But, I really liked it. They get a star taken off for the inconvenience of selling my trade elsewhere.

Talk to salesman on Friday said he would hold the vehicle for us to see on Saturday because we were coming from Georgetown Tx & it took 2 1/2 hours to heat to Sealy. Did not hold for us $ sold it to another person that test drove it while we were there. The Manager did nothing to help us either. They should of told the other people we were here first. Poor customer service.

I was contacted to confirm availability. I was contacted again to ask if I was happy with the quote. I replied that I had not recieved a quote, which I hadn't. I was contacted back to be informed that the online advertised price was the best they would do.
