The salesman was superb, the dealership was orderly, clean and welcoming, the staff was friendly, the lots and facility were clean and pleasant. Matthew who did final paperwork was professional and friendly, and explained every detail. I heard other customers to the facility being greeted in the same attentive manner that I received.

Mark was very attentive and patient with us as we looked at different vehicles. He was also very informative and helped us test drive several different vehicles and explained the differences between them all.

Good information about the truck, very responsive salesperson, provided all information I requested. I didn't buy because the truck they had was not exactly what I was looking to buy. The color was very dark which in the SW is not good due to heat nor did it have the options I need. Overall, I'm very satisfied with them and if they get the vehicle I'm searching for I'll buy it.

This dealership is apparently not interested in selling vehicles, especially salesman Tanner Newcombe. Very slow to respond to requests which is a must buying cars on the internet. He is not responsive at all and due to this I lost out on the car I wanted. He also lied about sending me an email, he did not. Find another dealership and salesman. I expect much better service, they completely dropped the ball.
