New Dodge Durango for Sale Nationwide

Buyers Beware: A) Invited to come in and see a Pacific that was sold two weeks previously B) Sold me a 2019 Pacifica, 49,000 miles with a bad transmission. Returned C) Offered to sell me a new 2022 Dodge Ram with a dented hood D) Qualified for advertised 0 interest Chrysler financing. Ran paperwork at 3.9 percent. Contested but received no support.

Dealer confirmed pricing advertised on cargurus via email. I called in to ask them to start the paperwork. When they sent over the total, they switched the truck for one that was $10k higher. They also offered half of standard trade-in for my vehicle.

Auto was sold and not pulled from sight. It was a way to try to sale other autos.

I got approved for a 2020 challenger but it wasn't the challenger I wanted have to put down $2000 more with the 5000 down payment i offered its the same car just got 20 inch wheels and flood lights

Price advertised changed upon arrival, another bait and switch dealership. Price advertised on Cargurus changed to 17990 plus they wanted 2500 down making the price sticker for a "new" loaner with 3000 miles. Walked out immediately not even going to negotiate with a dishonest dealership and salesman.

I reached out to ask about the vehicle and they replied immediately. They checked into the situation, "letting me know he thought it purchased", got back to me quickly (money down to hold- picking up at the first of the year), explaining why it still appeared available, when it really wasn't. Even though they had my number, they stuck to text, [my preference.] It was a positive experience!

Sent me a video of the vehicle and called me the very next day. :-)

I went and looked at the car and decided to purchase the car they ran my credit score The bank closed before we could finish they told me they would call the next morning they text me and told me I was approved and what my payments would be Then when I got up 45min later they told me the car was sold that morning after approving me and dropping my credit score

I did not end up buying a vehicle, but the salesman was very friendly and even recorded a video of the truck for me.

Ready to make a deal still waiting on a eta of a vehicle since the beginning of the week, meanwhile I’m getting daily emails about the vehicle that isn’t even at dealership yet....

OK experience. They really focuse on trying to get me to come into the dealership when I explained to them I was trying to handle most of the process virtually. I purchased my vehicle from another dealership.

Called me 4 times in 3 min. Hung up every time. I called back and the person on the other end denied calling. Then hung up. Finally the manager called and he said he was going to speak with the sales person. Don’t know if he did

Lots of calls and emails from them. They said van was available but never gave me any more info that I was asking for. Only one pic on car gurus. No other pics or video... no information

This car in particular is a mess!! Shaky ride, lots of dents, dings, scrapes, broken door covers, and the sunroof didn’t work!!! Not even for 12000 would I buy this car!! And dealer never got back with all the items I pointed out… shady as hell…

Do not go to them. Very sketchy team including the GM. Horrible customer service, not willing to negotiate. They played games for weeks, acted like they couldn’t locate their vehicles that were in transit yet wanted to take my money and trade in information. They even ran my credit before they could tell me where the vehicle was and we discussed selling price. Stay away!
