I got an email back from 3 different people, but none could tell me if the truck was still for sale. Then AMAZINGLY the price went up almost $8,000! No thanks!!!!

This dealership was very responsive to my inquiries and continues to do so. There was a little issue around locating the vehicle I was inquiring about, but did seem to be able to locate it. As with most dealerships, getting a drive out price is a challenge. I'm just looking for the bottom line and they want me to go in to the dealership. For me, if the price is not there, I live to far to just pop in at their request if they can't meet my price.

Exellent customer service from Zeb and Christopher no hassle no pressure, they both took the time to answer all questions I had about the vehicle I was interested on and were patient enough to let me test drive a couple of trucks. I did not purchase but I know I will be returning to this location for my future purchase.

They were not offering a fair deal. They had another dealership, selling the same truck, for 4,000 less. It was a different color, that I did not like. Definitely not a fair and honest car dealer.

would not honor price on CarGurus tried to sell their own financing at 3% higher rate than we had, only honor CarGurus price if we paid for dealer add ons, almost $2000.00

“Bait & Switch”! After agreeing to purchase a truck the sales Mgr took over and insisted I pay an additional $3,000 for After Market treatments & car alarm they installed but IS IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE OF VEHICLE THEY POSTED WITH CARGURUS ON THE INTERNET!! Buyers BEWARE! Ask in the beginning if there are any undisclosed costs from advertised price! I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER MOSS DEALERSHIP!!

Nice good professional dealer, but I don't know why this car is still on the add. That is because they can not sell it because this car did not pass their safety inspection. So I was told they won't sell it to me.

Got to the dealership early...my appt salesman wasn't there...about to walk off and another young man named Mario came and talked to me...long story short...I bought the car!! Cool people!! Cool car!! Cool dealership!!!

Advertised price was $22,985. I was pre-approved and live out-of-state so I refused to have them run my credit. Their Finance guy calls me saying the vehicle has 'aftermarket' add-ons and the price is over $28,000, not the advertised price. This dealer will be reported to the BBB.

Was told vehicle is in stock for posted price went in to look for vehicle was told it is there then told not there but have same vehicle but different color difference in price was more then 5 grand then wouldn’t answer any questions I have asked multiple times be prepared for 36,000 price

Don't believe in this dealership for whatever they are saying. they called me twice to come over to check on the vehicle. they confirmed it that it was in the lot and available. I drove 100 miles with horrible traffic just to get there before they closed. and when I got there the salesperson told me the vehicle was sold a day ago. he said I should've called their actual dealership not the internet sale reps. so beware. its a trap.
