Awful!!! $5,000 over advertised cost. Dealer added bunch of unnecessary add one. I asked them to take them off and they refused telling me to read the fine lines in ad. I did. It says that advertised price does not include add ons and they can be purchased. Manager said they can’t be taken off. They need to change their fine print to include, add ones must be purchased. What a joke! Do not buy a car from these people!!!

Kept me on the hook for days waiting for a sale price that never came! Promise after promise ; day after day…then it’s sold!

Prompt response and follow up

Very rude customer service. Overpriced vehicles by minimum of $4,500 as high as $7500 even with vehicles that have been in an accident with damage still visible. This dealership has buy here pay here mentality. I'll never shop here or even look at their vehicles ever again.

I was very surprised that the vehicle was 32k and the gave me a bill for 42k. A lot of excess charges that took me by surprise. We went back and forth, the only way to purchase was as is . I don’t think I would purchase from them again. He was a nice salesman.

Car had a sticker of $45,000 and a car gurus price of $$42,999. Talked to salesman made an appointment to go see the vehicle. When I got there after a test drive they told me I would have to pay above sticker for the car. To me this is bait and switch. Very unscrupulous.

vehicle was already sold but still they were saying that it is still available. I called them before I went.they said that particular vehicle was still in the lot. but when I got there I've been told that it was already sold couple of days ago.

They were not offering a fair deal. They had another dealership, selling the same truck, for 4,000 less. It was a different color, that I did not like. Definitely not a fair and honest car dealer.

would not honor price on CarGurus tried to sell their own financing at 3% higher rate than we had, only honor CarGurus price if we paid for dealer add ons, almost $2000.00

I purchased the vehicle i wanted at the advertised price from CarGurus. The staff was friendly and professional. Overall the easiest car buying experience i have ever had.

I drove the truck during the evening hours and would come back the next day to close the next day. When I called the next day to finalize the deal several mishaps took place which allowed another customer to buy the truck from under me. Well several days later I closed the deal on a newer truck, and was called by Mac Haik to tell me that the customer never finished the deal and the truck was still available. I advised the salesman that I had found another truck.

Excellent dealer. Salesman Monty was great. Purchased a new truck. Everything went smooth. Best deal in town. I shopped for 6+ months. Highly recommend.

Very friendly, helpful, and patient. Made me feel comfortable and never pushy or rude. I would have bought the Toyota 4 runner but unfortunately it did not have a third row which was listed in the description of the vehicle. Was a little disappointed but he took the time i was there to show me some other available options. Didn’t get to leave with a new vehicle but I will definitely be back in the near future.
