I did not end up purchasing vehicle from Wally Edgar. But, the whole time I dealt with Ziad he was responsive and patient. He followed up with me in timely manor and made sure I was kept up to date on vehicle I inquired about.

Excellent sales department, with great knowledge about the car. Financial department was another story. Very time consuming.

Very rude. Was told the car was not available that it should not be on line. Then asked if I wanted to buy a 2021. That’s where they get you. Trying to buy a used car then trying to get you to buy a new car. Dealership Not very helpful. In fact most of the cars I’ve showed interest in are not available. Not sure who needs to update the Content on line but it should be very Accurate and it’s not.

Went to see a vehicle that they said was there, only to find they loaned it to a customer while their car was in for service. Nice staff but disappointed in the communication internally and with me.

I’m a potential out of state buyer and have purchased my last three vehicles from dealers in Florida. Sales rep did more talking than asking questions. Quote was 6k + more than list because of fees and non value add markup. I prefer to deal with dealer who is transparent from the beginning. Didn’t purchase.

I tried contacting Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendall twice via CarGurus with no answer. I then called the dealership & talked to a salesperson who did not even ask my name or give me his name as a matter of fact. He most definitely told me I could figure out my own monthly notes. The gentleman could definitely care less if I purchased a vehicle from the dealership. I wish I could attach pictures to validate my review.

Straight forward pricing "no market adjustment" beyond list price. However, like all Florida dealers, they have dealer fees, which I am not fond of.

Sales associate was very polite. I requested the full price of the vehicle including doc fees, taxes, tags, tile, registration, in addition to internet price which includes delivery fee of $499. Was given a final price of $13,100. Price exceeded our budgeted amount. I didn't continue the inquiry beyond that point.

Vehicles were all pre-ordered with offer to place me on their ordering list.

Just wanted a deposit didn't give me any specifications on price.
