I definitely got a quick response back. I would recommend this dealership to others.. They have very beautiful cars.

Martin was a friendly associate who answered my questions, answered or replied quickly to my contacts and put no pressure on me to buy. A very good experience.

Questions were answered but almost 3000 in extra fees. Declined the sale and found a new 2021 for less.

They are still trying to get west lake to honor my deal But they are very helpful.

Pleasant to talk with, but after our initial conversation there was no follow up on the questions asked.

Wanted info on truck, rep told me his girlfriend has a 2002 explorer. Like I needed to know that. Maybe its because I live too far away that they won't give me the time of day. So I am still looking Was to get back to me with more info and pics on Friday the 27th never heard back

Overall okay, a lot of hidden costs that they didn't divulge until the deal is being sorted out in person. Online price mich better than the actual prive. Nice group of salesman but ultimately salesman and not completely forthcoming. Bought the car but didn't appreciate that lack of transparency

I bought the 2016 Chevy Colorado z71 from this dealer. Excellent experience and very happy with the car. They forgot my step bars on side of truck but they were installed next day and I was giving a fresh tank of gas

I was followed up with that the vehicle is no longer available. I'm not sure why even to this day why it is still listed.

Great deals do help quickly efficiently and with cars in stock many options GEORGE was awesome very helpful, professional, and genuine he's actually interested in helping customer's and getting something you are looking for

The vehicle I went to look at was sad shape. Shoulda been sold at auto auction. Interior carpet was a mess. Not saying all their vehicles were like this but this one looked like the homeless lived in it .
