Communication with this dealer is nightmare. The phone number that was provided on the website is out of service, called in the phone number I found on Google no one responded. For a sec I thought they’re not even existed.

Made a deal on a vehicle with one of the mangers all to be told it was sold after the fact. Constant lies and inconsistency from the entires team. Not worth your time dealing with these people.

The truck was not available. The salesman showed us another vehicle. We agreed on a price, but he added on an additional $4000. We were very offended, and could no longer trust him. Very disappointed in the "smoke and mirrors. " I expected more from this dealership.

Gilman Acura took care of me from start to finish. I did everything online from home my sales Richard did everything and delivered my truck to me later that day. It was cleaned, gas tank filled up! I would buy from Gillman again.

They advertised lower mileage vehicles and when I got there and saw the cars I noticed they were off by 10k miles, a very significant amount. Which they claimed to be a mistake (on two) vehicles!!!! Wasted my time.

We had the best car buying experience with Thomas Acura! We found the car we wanted online, scheduled a time to come in, test drove it, and drove away with our new car after about 2 hours! No one was pushy at all, the price was what they said, no surprises! The financing department is usually the part we all fear, but the lady we worked with was awesome!!! She was clear and concise and super friendly! She never tried selling us on anything extra. We would definitely buy from Thomas Acura again!

I bought this 2017 civic touring from them. The salesman jordan was great. Felt really comfortable. He was very transparent with the pricing, no hidden fees or extra charges. I am a first time buyer and i got a really low interest rate. Jordan took care of me like i was family. The manager and the finance guy both very professional and polite.
