Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

I have had a good experience with them. They were very helpful and cooperative with what I asked. I couldn't be there to test drive, so I did a virtual and they were honest and open about the cars problems and repairs they had done. I would recommend them.

We have talked over a phone call but still haven’t viewed the vehicles via video. Not sure if this salesperson wants to make a sale...or the vehicle is worth selling? He was helpful on the first call by going out to the van to investigate a question. I hope to continue our communication!

I talked to 2 different salesman and once I told them I wanted to finance the car the quit responding. They wasted my time for a week. if you don't want to sell out of state don't advertise. Julio is a horrible sales guy

This dealer, Square One Auto Sales, listed the Ridgeline at a low price but made up for it in excessive fees. When all the extra fees were added the price went from $19,900 to $25,600. I don't like hidden fees. Who does? I moved on to another dealer to find what I was looking for!

Communication was very poor. Kept getting tossed between sales people. Every time they called me it was a different person that had no idea what car I was interested in and I had to explain it every time. Was 100% in on buying a car until they skyrocketed the price over $4,000 in dealers fees and taxes. Price listed is not remotely close to what they’re trying to get from you. It’s too bad because it was the perfect car I was looking for.

Amazing customer service. When I asked for previous accident damages, he sent all of the pictures of the damage and how they restored it. Great communication and transparency.

Definitely ask for Jack, a honest and thoughtful sales-person. No Pressure here at all. They made sure to answer all questions. Jack gave me the Keys and said go for it, take your time! I needed more money for the DP. But will go back and I recommend this Dealer to my Ford Friends.

The internet guy, Carlos, dropped the ball and let someone else put a deposit on a vehicle but Josh and the rest of the staff made it right. I love their upfront fees and no bogus dealer prep fees

I loved this car but it needed a few minor repairs. I was never called back about the repairs and noticed the vehicle was sold. Tony has a very mild personality. I would recommend this dealer because they are honest.

Talked to the dealer and got an appointment. When I arrived, the same day, I didn't find my salesperson, other salesperson who wanted to help told me the car was sold yesterday and I left disappointed. They tried to offer me different car out of price range, but that didn't work.

They told me to come in for a test drive, I replied to schedule a test drive for the next day, I was told the vehicle was being serviced, I asked them to let me know when it was ready, haven’t heard from them since, that’s been a week ago. The vehicle has been on their lot for 91days. Sounds a little suspect.

Bait and Switch, I showed up to look at a Denali. When they showed me the purchase order their price went from $39,954 to $45,700. They had a BS Protection Plan for $3999 added to the price and they said they couldn’t take it off and added a $17xx reconditioning fee. They said they couldn’t remove it. I got up and walked out.

The advertised prices are great! I specifically asked if they apply any dealer ad ons and was told no. I drove an hour to get there to find out they do indeed have $4000 in dealer ad ons on a used vehicle. What a waste of time..

I have to give this dealership a 1, I won’t talk bad about it and this is only to inform other buyers. They did not deal honestly with me. The listed price is WELL under what they are actually asking for. The salesman was great but the sales manager lost him the deal because he was pressuring me to come off financing with my bank and finance through them, in addition to all the hidden fees. I won’t tell you not to use them, I’ll just say “buyer beware”
