Used Toyota Corolla for Sale Nationwide

They keep the 2019 Nissan Altima with 268 miles listed for sale on CarGurus even though it is not in their stock. I contacted them through chat and they mentioned it was already sold. I wasted money doing an Auto Check of this car and am disappointed that it is still listed on CarGurus after I asked them to take it down. Please don't waste your time.

I did get a response, however the dealer who contacted me was extremely informal, rude, and Clearly not knowledgeable on basic car loan information like the meaning of “apr”. Just was extremely ridiculous, felt like I was talking to a 15 year old.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Sales staff makes you their priority without being pushy. Ended up buying elsewhere, but all things being equal, I would have liked giving them my business.

This car had a “deposit” put on it minutes after I came in. Yet oddly, I was NEVER CONTACTED about it after the deal “somehow fell through.” It is my belief that this car and a few others are really “bait cars” to get you in there. Then get you to buy something MUCH HIGHER, and LESS DESIRABLE. The salesman even had the NERVE to say that I “don’t like black or white people” when I had to remind him REPEATEDLY that I don’t like black or white CARS!!! SICKO!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

Be prepared with the used car pricing listed on CarGurus from this dealership. Yes, the advertised price looks good but beware of the $2k in "dealer prep fee" not included in the price.

The car was not 4wd. Otherwise the service was good.

I called him on the phone to check on the vehicle They gave me a full description of the car my only problem was it was out in the Palm Springs area and I really didn’t like the color but overall they seem like very good people over there I kept that car as a plan B

Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

Amazing customer service. When I asked for previous accident damages, he sent all of the pictures of the damage and how they restored it. Great communication and transparency.

The sales person told me the a vehicle was available, So I scheduled to go to the dealership to see the vehicle. Five minutes before I arrived, the sales person confirmed that the vehicle was in the dealership. After I arrived, the sales Rep asked me to have a seat to tell me that the manager had already accepted a deposit for the vehicle while they never had the vehicle to start with.

They list some cars with great value in CarGurus. But as soon as you contact AutoMax with those great deals they have on their car, they say it’s sold. I don’t even know if their deals on their was real anymore.

After confirming with someone that the vehicles was there. I drove a 1 1/2 only to find out vehicles wasn’t there. I walk the lot & I pretty sure all the vehicles they have has some cosmetic or mechanical issues. It’s no wondering most of there vehicles don’t have pictures so save you the trouble I went through. I laugh the whole ride but lol read the reviews go on the main website look at the carfax most of the vehicles or ding up so if you go purchase a vehicle have a mechanic look at it.

This was the absolute best car buying experience in my life! The van was for my wife who just turned 70, and we have purchased a lot of cars over the years! Every single point of contact was awesome, and Riley made the paperwork so easy to navigate and complete. I’m sending all my family and friends to them first!!

They make you go and then change the price, do not trust these people, I do not know how are they in business, make me drive 40 minutes and then they want double what they advertise, I confirm before drive there and they say is try the price but when I arrived they ask a different one like $7500, beware of this people.

It was going good until yesterday lights were blinking off and on from dashboard and now I think transmission or sumthing went out on car I paid $5000 I not taking no lost that's to much money....this please no good

I was called the" N" word I have it in a tx to prove it I drove 260 miles to purchase a car that was trash out broken windshield, holds in the car body u can put your hand through car was in an accident never fix pic or miss leading and so is the staff scammers dont go there you would be sorry I was told they was going Repossess a car like that tonight so I can have it in the morning losers

Horrible!Made appt on a Friday 430 for following Saturday.Drove 45minutes to see 3 cars and none were there. No prices on cars and packed in like sardines!

I live in Naples and I drove all the way to Tampa to see a car that it wasn’t even there, plus their prices are not what the advertise on the market, they made their prices look attractive 2000 lower than anybody else in the market but you don’t realize that there’s $2000 that you got to put down in order to get the advertise price. Terrible way to attack business. I walked out of the dealer immediately.

We arrived to see Ricky and waited 20 minutes. Then Ricky arrived and said he hasn’t got the key before 30 minutes. We waited and went to see the car that was rusted. We requested a test drive but someone that look like the manager and Ricky ask for our paystubs before. They saw and the price magically raised to 38000 ! Worst experience ever

Horrible! At 1st the online pic wasn't the color of the vehicle for sale then after further questions it wasn't even the same vehicle! I was in dismay! Never calling there again.
