I didn't get this vehicle because it had a salvage title. My fault for not reading. But the seller was very informative and upfront with all my questions. Very respectful and easy to talk with! Would definitely recommend.

Paul was terrific. He even helped me for 15 minutes after all was done, setting up, and informing me of the hidden features. Wonderful experience. Unlike any other salesman I ever met.

Kris was the salesman I spoke with. He was patient and understanding even when I ended up buying elsewhere. Would go directly to him for next vehicle purchase if he is still available.

They had the car, car was sold, but they kept contacting me about the car. It wasn't sold. And I called them and it was. Last I heard from their sales person was that he was going to get back to me, and that was days ago. Have given up, don't care anymore and moved on. My word of caution is: just because they list the car on CarGurus or other place does not mean they have the car. Or if they do they don't want you to bother them. Sad.

The experience with this dealer was horrible. The dealer hid problems with the vehicle leaking roof . I traveled 8 hours for test drive to find out about leaking roof. Do not trust this dealer!

It took several tries to reach a human being, after which he informed me the car they had listed was sold several months ago. The guy who answered was very pleasant, so I'll give him that, but it still took over a week for them to remove the listing. I

Communication with this dealer is nightmare. The phone number that was provided on the website is out of service, called in the phone number I found on Google no one responded. For a sec I thought they’re not even existed.

They are awesome ,because they are the only dealership that replied in a timely fashion and we are still discussing the purchasing of Prius. I’ve contacted several dealerships that I have money to buy car with tax license and whatever other dealerships fees are? And DCH ford is the only professional dealership that has and is still helping me buy car to buy car. :)

Called the dealer and spoke to a salesman and was told the truck had the options I was looking for. My wife and I drove 2 hours to buy it, only to find out upon inspection that it was not what they had promised, so we left. Not dealing with salesmen who just want to get you on the lot. I’m not including names to protect individuals.

Was a great experience all around. Came down to look at one truck, but it wasn't the truck for me. Was not pressured at all. Inquired about another. And that one was. Been driving it a while now and it was definitely a good deal for me. Don't forget to ask for Kreg the Irishman (AND yes I spelled his name right)

BUYER BEWARE!! This dealer advertised this car on 3 different websites for $27,988 and because they had lots of interest, they RAISED their price by $4,000. BAIT AND SWITCH!!

Jazmyn was great although we didn't get the car, she was very helpful and not pushy. That is the highest praise I can give a car salesperson. I definitely recommend this dealership.
