Helpful, prompt and easy to understand. Haven't made up my mind yet but still viewing other options.

Very friendly staff. Vehicle was clean and in great conditions as advertised. Had a chance to test drive and I was very pleased with the experience. Ended up not buying for personal reasons but I was happy about my experience with the dealership personnel.

Cars advertised were sold, sales staff was clueless. Two different Dodge Chargers were already sold when they contact me.

After letting them do a hard pull on my credit report I couldn't even get an answer back on interest rates whether or not I was approved ridiculous I will not do business with such sloppy salespeople

The salesman Mathias was amazing! Very helpful, responded quickly, answered every question! But the paperwork/Title/office was a bad experience. Took so long to get paperwork that the 45 day temp expired!

Owner was very friendly. I liked his style in doing business. Straightforward where both sides are dealt with fairly.

Adam was great to work with! I contacted him directly after sending a message through this platform. He did respond to me on here as well after speaking to him. I made initial contact I believe 9/23 and my husband went and bought the car on 9/25! The car is exactly what it was perceived and I couldn’t be happier!

Spoke with the sales manager directly. He was honest about the truck I was interested in and even video called me to do a full walk around and point out certain things. Great communication even though I wasn't able to purchase the truck from them.

Rude, limited on options, restrictive hours of operation. Worst customer service experience in all my years. Don't bother trying to work with this company.

Car was in bad shape. Lights going off. Low tire pressure. AC not working properly Drove all the way across town. Definitely not worth the drive

Best dealer experience ever! And I never set foot in it. David seemed honest and everything he told me was true. I had never purchased a vehicle without test driving before. He did me right! I got a great truck at a good price. They were very accommodating and didn't even seem annoyed with my many questions via phone calls, texts and emails. We made the deal over the phone and I my truck shipped a few states away. Definitely would buy from them again!

A few emails were exchanged. They had already sold the car I was interested in. Otherwise courteous.

I went to dealer at appointment time. The car was not there. They told me they didn't know where the car was. Never go back this dealer again.

Called Jose back after he left an email but did not answer my questions. I asked for a total cost for the vehicle he told me he would have to speak to the finance manager and call me back. He never called back after several days I called only to find that supposedly the vehicle had just been sold.

Dealer was respectful, got back to us right away.

The dealership kept trying to get me to put a non refundable deposit on the car even after the bank approved the total amount. Then when I came to pick up the car they tried to get cash from me in addition to the check. Very shady. I did but the car but I don’t have a good feeling about it.

Aside from having to initiate the communication and calls, they finally got my deal done right.

Vehicle has hail damage. Not on carfax report, acknowledged by dealer

Lousy service,they double the price,with the additional fees,for I don’t know what?a waist of time,they tried to push for financing the car,when I pay cash for it.At the end,refused to sell it.

I drove over an hour for a car 740 BMW that i was interested in getting that day. Got to the dealership and the sales rep told me that the price is 69k $13,000. more than its listed for on cargurus . I was very disappointed ! stay away its a waste of time!!!!

If you don’t mind wasting your time at a dealer to be told that the vehicles are $10k more then you see online then it’s a great place… otherwise stay far far away.

They listed the car but did not actually have the car and didn’t know when they would. Kept saying they would contact me when it arrives. It’s been week , I called a few times and they keep saying they don’t have the car yet. whole thing suspicious.I think they listed a low price and wanted to sell at higher, but would not admit

Would go 0 stars but not an option. Won’t discuss details of car or out the door cost on phone. Very shady practice. Also refuse to let me speak to a manager. Called on 11/18/21 at 7:30 pm supposed sales rep was very rude. Julia the day before no better. Thanks for wasting my time.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

I was promptly and politely contacted by sales associates regarding the F-250 truck.

Bobby Did an awesome job helping me!! He called me within 10 min and had the best price and answered all my questions. The deal was so good that I jumped on a plan and and flew down to Royston and purchased the corvette and drove it back to Indiana!! Honest people who treat you well. They list their vehicles at the best prices around and their fees are reasonable. It was a very easy and stress free experience. They even offered to repair a small tear in the upholstry. No manipulation, no games, just great straightforward service. They're honest about what the vehicles are and what they are not. I would defintiley check here again the next time that I am buying.
