The guy was pretty nice and emailed me. I mentioned I liked the car, but it didn’t have leather. He said they could add leather. I would like to see if I could get a white or silver Camaro or Challenger from them, with leather. The price is a little higher than I wanted on this car, but we never got to the negotiation stage.

I was lied to and told this car was still there for me to test drive, it wasn’t. Instead, they tried bait and switch and were very persistent that I bit a brand new Kia Rio, even after being told multiple times I didn’t want a brand new rio

Would go 0 stars but not an option. Won’t discuss details of car or out the door cost on phone. Very shady practice. Also refuse to let me speak to a manager. Called on 11/18/21 at 7:30 pm supposed sales rep was very rude. Julia the day before no better. Thanks for wasting my time.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

I received a few voicemails from them. They are good.

Don’t waste your time. Drove all the way out there just for them to tell me there were 6,000 dollar “dealer fees” and that the car out the door was worth 36,000 dollars. The listing said 26,995. Disrespectful and did not wear masks when talking to my family that all has masks on. They wouldn’t even let me test drive this mid-tier car without running my credit!

They didn’t send me pictures and when I ask I was told No. What a joke never will refer any one to them.

Went in for a car I had been getting in contact for, All is well and I ask for a test drive of course to see if it’s genuinely what I wanted and i’m asked to get processed and my credit ran. During the process I ask yet again and am denied until everything is approved although even having my intended down payment in hand. Almost 10k worth the additional fees were added on top the listed price wasting nearly a two hour drive down.

Trying to buy the car cash and they insist I come in and talk numbers. Asked again and never got a reply. I live too far and my time is too valuable to drive there without a sale price.

I was interested in this SUV and it is beautiful. I live in New England and the weather is consistently changing and this vehicle would be a percent match for me. The price is awesome considering the fact that the car industry has gone up the prices during the pandemic.

They have a good variety and number of vehicles, and are very efficient. It would be great if they had a few more specifics about each used car, like if the prior owner smoked in it. Otherwise, all good. Salesmen are salesmen, so do haggle and push.

I ended up deciding not to buy a Ford, and bought a car that they didn’t offer on their lot. However, Davy, and the Metro Nissan Staff were super nice and attentive. If they had an Acura on their lot, I would have definitely purchased from them!

Salesman said the only blemish on the truck was a small spot on rear bumper. Got there and has large area on back of cab wore to bare metal. Lots of other attempts at covering paint gouges as well. Interior was not very clean and the engine bay smelled like coolant. Passenger side front inner fender well is falling out. Center console is broken and touch screen in bad shape. Truck is a pile! Dealer had no interest in compensating for any of the damages. Would not recommend.

We called and they said it sold then called us back and said it was still there then a few minutes later emailed us saying it wasn’t there. Bad communication and they need to update their listings.
