I called Tim at Wood Chevy the night they got a used SUV in that I liked. I had possession of the vehicle within 14 hours of calling them and couldn’t be happier. Wood Chevy was totally transparent about the pricing and condition of the vehicle. They made my hour plus long drive totally worth it! They even give you a cute teddy bear for the kids with your purchase. I would definitely shop from Wood Chevy again.

Filled out an application for financing he told me he would get back to me and he never did. This place made me feel like I was bothering them.

We didn't get the vehicle we went to test drive but we did purchase from them. Elder Ford amazing team in all departments. Our next vehicle purchase will probably be through Elder Ford again. We drove 2 hours from our home to the dealership and it was worth it. I highly recommend them!

The sales staff was very nice, but I wouldn't say the same about the owner. He tried to impose some ridiculous fees, like $2,400 because I contacted them through Cargurus on top of another $3,000 Xtra BS dealer fees plus the Bank Fees.

John was very helpful, but the dealer sold the car out from underneath me. They had all my information for financial purposes and still sold the car. Improper business ethics in my opinion… I wish John the best.

Purchased the vehicle with this dealer. Computer issues made it take twice as long as it should have. I didn't receive copies of my financial agreement with the other documents in my folder but didn't realize it until I got home, so I have to wait until the bank sends me info. Brandon was very personable during the process and answered my questions.

CAUTION: They were selling trucks that were not even in inventory but just posting pictures so they can bait and switch you to a more expensive truck they do not have either and must order. Be careful with these fast talking salesmen.

Well there was a check engine light on and the salesman says if you buy the car he would fix . That was a red flag for me . Went to another dealership.

Never sent more pictures when asked. Would not pick up his phone. Called multiple times. Seemed little sketchy or at least unprofessional when did speak with him.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.

The process started off on a slow note, in terms of trying to get a sales person to call me back. That afternoon i called again and they assigned another salesman other than that, the experience has been golden.

Miami Car Credit was great! Chris the internet sales consultant contacted me the same day I sent an email and setup a test drive.My sales rep was Derek he was good had the vehicle ready for a test drive when I arrived. I loved the test drive 45 min later we had a deal.

Didn't have the vehicle I initially wanted but came back today to test ride a new one they got in the other day. Ended up loving it and buying it. Liked the communication and no haggle approach. What you see is what you get and that's not something I'm used to at used lots. Used lots need to sell their vehicles to you. This place chooses to sell to the public so we can get discounts that other dealerships get. I liked it a lot.

I received a standard email reply to my email that didn't address not answer my question. Not sure if reply was automatic form reply or drafted and sent as original; if the latter then I must wonder why they didn't answer my question. Perhaps the dealer gets overwhelmed by online inquiries and can't invest time to read each one.

They answer me quickly!!! But I was wrong I though the truck was in Akron Ohio about 25 miles from home !!! But found it is 300 +- miles From home !!! To far for me at this time !!!maybe after Labor Day I’ll have time of still available
