Shady administration. Be very careful to ask for all financial information before you provide any of your personal info. Dealer changes advertised price based on buying potential. Be prepared for tricks and loopholes. I asked multiple times for estimates on price and fees but didn’t get it until they ran my credit and could hike the numbers up.

Went to dealer i didn't even come out the car and i felt like the sales reps were about to jump on me. I didn't even come out the car and kept it moving. I called after and Spoke with rep regarding a 2015 BMW 328I and she wasn't as helpful as expected. She told me to hold while she got more information then started to talk to another rep while having me still on the line listening to there conversation nothing relating our conversation then call dropped.

Price was out of my budget, so I move forward to keep shopping around. People was reasonably with me

Dishonest advertised the price for 1 price online and when u get there they added the VIP and warranty which comes up to almost 8,000, plus tell me that the bank asked for $5,000 depot on a Sunday, smh

Horrible!Made appt on a Friday 430 for following Saturday.Drove 45minutes to see 3 cars and none were there. No prices on cars and packed in like sardines!

I live in Naples and I drove all the way to Tampa to see a car that it wasn’t even there, plus their prices are not what the advertise on the market, they made their prices look attractive 2000 lower than anybody else in the market but you don’t realize that there’s $2000 that you got to put down in order to get the advertise price. Terrible way to attack business. I walked out of the dealer immediately.

We arrived to see Ricky and waited 20 minutes. Then Ricky arrived and said he hasn’t got the key before 30 minutes. We waited and went to see the car that was rusted. We requested a test drive but someone that look like the manager and Ricky ask for our paystubs before. They saw and the price magically raised to 38000 ! Worst experience ever

I drove over an hour for a car 740 BMW that i was interested in getting that day. Got to the dealership and the sales rep told me that the price is 69k $13,000. more than its listed for on cargurus . I was very disappointed ! stay away its a waste of time!!!!

If you don’t mind wasting your time at a dealer to be told that the vehicles are $10k more then you see online then it’s a great place… otherwise stay far far away.

They listed the car but did not actually have the car and didn’t know when they would. Kept saying they would contact me when it arrives. It’s been week , I called a few times and they keep saying they don’t have the car yet. whole thing suspicious.I think they listed a low price and wanted to sell at higher, but would not admit

Seen the car told them I'd be in contact to finalize everything, refused to give me the bill of sale to submit to my bank. After the fact they added 4k because it was certified" and told me the posted price is only for people that use their bank. Trust me don't waste your time

Dealership made me come there for advertisement price. After I drove to Dealership sales person told me instead of 30570 price of Rouge SV is 35000. Not upfront on phone.

Yes replied the next day with a follow-up. Then gave me a week to review options. Was very friendly, not over powering and very understanding of my situation. I haven’t visited yet but hopefully soon.

Drove almost 2 hours to see the car, I called them first to make sure car was there.The first thing he tells me, after we get there,is its "not a clean title, and it can't be financed." No where did their add ever say that. They never did show us the car, but proceeded to show us other trashed used cars on their lot. They where trying to scam us and it didnt work, total waste of time. We purchased a car at a different dealership the same day.
