Responsive and polite. Only issue is I am out of state and they ONLY do onsite paperwork to release the vehicle. This means regardless of where you are you will HAVE to find transportation down to Tampa to sign for the car. They will NOT release it for shipping any other way. This was a deal killer for me since I live out of state. I understand why they do it but its something no other dealer has mentioned.

I was contacted by the dealer within about 10 minutes of submitting my inquiry. I wound up speaking with a couple of different people there, both in person and over the phone. Everyone was extremely pleasant and I never once felt pressured into anything. The main rep I worked with, I think his name was Landon, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells...you can tell he takes pride in his work. His sales manager, JR, was also very helpful.

Went and was going to purchase until these sleazy used car salesmen increased the price over the listed price by a 1K increase for all cash. They don’t want your fast money. They want to screw you over in financing. Walked way from the deal. Won’t be back. Very unhappy over sleazy sales tactics. Buyer beware!!!!

Great service until I was ready to buy this vehicle after test driving but Shift did not end up working with my banks auto loan (Schools Financial Credit Union) so i was unable to buy this unless i financed through Shift. Call ahead with your bank and Shift to make sure they can accept a letter of approval until they can transfer over the title before payment.

Horrible. Went to test drive the car I had a 2pm appointment and waited for 45 min before they told me that the truck was blocked in and so could not test drive. A complete waste of time

Great service. The 2016 Subaru Legacy I purchased had issues with some safety features one day after I purchased it. They took the car to the Subaru dealership and fixed it quickly and gave me a really nice loaner car to drive in the meantime. I would definitely to business there again!
