They responded every time I emailed them. Linda was very helpful. I contacted her several times but I never made it to there dealer to look at the car.

Good response however horrible with increasing prices almost daily

The sale person was helpful and polite it’s just their way of selling a vehicle I don’t like, there was no way of holding the car untill I come to get it like a down payment it like a first come first serve basis highly disappointed

Charles made everything so easy & really helped me out to get a loan approval. He gave me a referral to an awesome lender that was able to finance me when Charles himself wasn't able to. In less than 30 min of sitting down w/ him I had keys in hand & was driving off the lot!

I asked the dealer about a carfax on the auto, he never responded. I drove about 25 miles only to find out the vehicle had been junked & never should be on the streets.

The cars they have for sale are in excellent condition. The car I've chosen and purchased is a great running and looking vehicle this far! Low miles for the year and he gave me a great deal as well.

The first salesperson I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. Very easy and comfortable, but then the sales manager kept sending unsolicited emails. I'm sure only to be helpful, but felt a little pushy when I already had a nice rapport going with the first salesperson.

Helpful, told me what I needed to know, didn't end up getting the car but would work with them again.

My experience with thus dealer was good. They could not get me financed. Honest car dealer. Treats customer right.

Florida Fine Car Dealership is awesome. They are professional the sales person, Michael Spotts provided great service. I purchased the car from Ohio. Pros: Told me upfront he wouldn't want to rip me off. Cons: Wouldn't even look at my car when I said I was interested in trading for a car they had. Asked me how much I was hoping to get for my car and was told that I wouldn't even get minimum KBB suggested trade-in value from there.

They refused to run my credit with the finance company I had my pre-approval certificate from, thus hard checking my credit for something I did not authorize them to do. They also grossly undervalued my trade as I had offers elsewhere. They were even rude to each other and the whole place was a cesspool of incompetence. Go somewhere else!

Great dealership. We worked with William to get a used 2016 Chevy Equinox. The car was accurately described and photographed. They are very accommodating and understanding. It was too late on Saturday to get the final approval from the bank but they worked with us, let us take the car for the weekend and now we're going back to sign the final paperwork since the final approval is in.

Dealer representatives were responsive and helpful but I found a car closer to home.
