Dealer never responded. I made an appointment online and assumed this was acceptable as a scheduled appointment. I went to the dealership and the truck was sold already. Didn't even message me back to let me know before I showed up. Just for comparison, the other dealer I bought my truck from responded immediately and took off the listing off before I got home.

Staff stayed late to make a deal since I was driving over 5 hours and made the process quick and easy, unfortunately they were closed when my car broke down the night before warranty expired and won’t honor it because we could not contact anyone.

Chandler was great.5 stars.

Did not have a good experience there . I would advise people not to shop there . They asked for way more money than was advertised for the car..... Final price before tax was $20.2k !!!! (Price posted was $14.6k)

Best experience my party of three has ever had at a dealership getting a used car. We live an hour away but the trip is absolutely worth it. They helped us accomplish everything we set out to : remove my partners sister as a co-signer, trade in his vehicle, and stay in budget.

I think there’s something fishy going on here...I inquired about a 2009 Honda CR-V by calling the dealership 2 weeks ago. When I called, they said “aw, we just sold that two days ago.” I still saw the vehicle listed on the dealership site and CarGurus, so I just called again (2 weeks after the first call), and they said VERBATIM “aw, we just sold that 2 days ago.” I’m not sure what’s going on, it could be totally innocuous, but it does seem strange.

Charles made everything so easy & really helped me out to get a loan approval. He gave me a referral to an awesome lender that was able to finance me when Charles himself wasn't able to. In less than 30 min of sitting down w/ him I had keys in hand & was driving off the lot!

Horrible customer service!!! Kept rescheduling appointment. Car price increased close to $3000 overnight. Never spoke to a sales person only customer service reps. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Salesperson was nice but was lied to about the fees before driving the 1 hour it took to get there. Was told there were only 2 fees but in reality there were 7, raising the list price by almost $7,000.

Just moved into the area and was looking to purchase a car. I was assisted by Teto and he walked me through the process of purchasing one, what my options were for my insurance/budget and the warranty/coverage I was able to have for the car. Will definitely be coming back to purchase a car from her.

Called about the Q50 and the break down for out the door price off the rip 2,000 down payment is a scam, then you got their ridiculous fees so all came out to 28,000+ but car is listed for 22,990 lol, this dealership could’ve got the full payment of 22,000$ same day I called but they blew it I’ll take my money elsewhere.

We went to the dealers prepared to write a check. He drove our car, but we were not able to do any negotiation because there was a recall on the vehicle and it was in the service dept. waiting on a part. We were very disappointed but hopefully they will contact us when the recall has been taken care of We feel that they should have known about the recall and told us so that we didn't make that trip for nothing.

price on a truck a went to go see was 25,900 online.. i got to the dealer and they wanted 28,900 they said they messed up on price. Very shady dealer ship, dont do buissness with them.

Cordial salesperson and staff

The first salesperson I dealt with was very helpful and accommodating. Very easy and comfortable, but then the sales manager kept sending unsolicited emails. I'm sure only to be helpful, but felt a little pushy when I already had a nice rapport going with the first salesperson.

Helpful, told me what I needed to know, didn't end up getting the car but would work with them again.

Gregory and Angelo did help me and they did a wonderful job getting into a Maserati. Car is in great condition and financing with Capital One is good too. I highly recommend this guys an will come back for my son's car.

This dealership is apparently not interested in selling vehicles, especially salesman Tanner Newcombe. Very slow to respond to requests which is a must buying cars on the internet. He is not responsive at all and due to this I lost out on the car I wanted. He also lied about sending me an email, he did not. Find another dealership and salesman. I expect much better service, they completely dropped the ball.
