They were up front about wanting to tack on 2800 in dealer fees. So at least they are up front. But I would prefer the cost be included in the advertised price.

They didn't wanna hear anything I needed to say... I asked if I needed a down payment then they said jus fill out the application and we will see then I do it then they tell me ok so u can put 1000 down right. You really wasn't listening... so I left they really suck !!!!

Dealer contacted me promptly and was willing to help, but I decided to go with another vehicle.

They were extremely helpful and I ended up purchasing my vehicle.

They added lots of hidden add-ons , once they looked at my pre-approval check of 30k they kept coming back with offers adding up to that amount. Very convenient! They also said that the Add-ons are mandatory.

The dealer responded promptly and was available to inspect and test drive the vehicle.

Awesome to deal with! Met me at the airport, let me take my time with the car and test drive. Paperwork was done quickly and efficiently. Jorge, Luis and Oscar are top notch. I bought the car and drove it 900 miles home.

Once we talked they moved fast to help me seal the deal while I was in a whole different state and once I came back they finalized it all and I drove home in my new to me car They are going to replace the dash as part of my deal and I am waiting for that to happen still. Good reliable help and the vehicle is amazing for the price and mileage

was not at all knowledgeable concerning the vehicle. In fact he didn't even know where it was. He also kept promising he would call me back but I found it necessary to call him. No...all in all it was not a good experience and i wound up buying a different vehicle from a different dealer.

Called for info on a tundra, the sales guy said his name was barack. When I asked to speak to a sales manager, he asked why then would only give a first name of "jed". I asked for "jed's" last name and he said he didn't have to give it to me and that no managers were there. He also said they weren't going to be available....seems SUPER SHADY to me! Be ware!

They are the only dealership not marking there vehicles up at this time. Any issues that I pointed out to the vehicle they offered to fix. I will recommend them to anyone

Test drove the Jeep it wasn't clean and missing something out the back. The price is high for no warranty and the check engine light was on. I watch them drop prices on vehicles for other buyers but they told me they couldn't come down on the price for me. Never followed up with me or anything

I did not received information I wanted on this car. I requested information by email, specifically I would like video tour to see car more closer. This is not a great level , of service I don’t think this car dealer should post them self on car gurus since they don’t know how to work remotely, contactless with their clients.

When we got there, the two cars we went to look at were no longer available. Due to needing something ASAP, we did buy a vehicle from them for more money. After getting it home, it did not have gas, oil was low, right back shock is broken. But, that is what you get when buying a 2005 car! The gentleman was very nice and its nothing we cannot fix.

The owner told me that a ticking in the engine was normal. There was a dent on the passenger side. The paint was chipping off and starting to rust. He argued that it wasn't rust. Even though you could clearly see that it was. I will not go back to look at any other cars!!
